Just 3 miles from Fiumicino Airport, the Amelindo Residence has stylish rooms with a balcony and modern apartments. It features a garden and free Wi-Fi throughout. Accommodations at the Amelindo Fiumicino Airport Residence include a satellite flat-screen TV, a fridge, and a private bathroom. The apartments have a kitchenette and living area. The property is just over 1 mile from the sea and a 15-minute drive to the Rome Exhibition Centre. A bus stopping 325 ft away provides services to Ostia.
Issues we found on checking in to our room: 1) metal room key was broken and held together with duct tape 2) broken toilet seat and lid 3) no soap in bathroom, no soap at basin and no dispenser. There was a dispenser in the shower but it was empty 3) broken shower head wand, to take a shower it had to be propped up and shooting water mostly at the wall 4) functioning but broken inside doors - bathroom and bedroom 5) Pull out sofa couch for our daughter to sleep on was exteemely thin, and uncomfortable 6) NO SHUTTLE to airport despite website saying shuttle was available 7) If we used kitchenette facility, we would need to make additional payment. 8) Facilities unkept, looked abandoned 9)Hotel manager not wearing a mask when masks are required, and she was not available after 5pm, front desk area locked up All of this for 73 Euros for 1 night stay. But, it was close to the airport, 2 miles away.

We had a lovely 1 night stay here, very cheap and cosy, our room was decorated nicely and it was cosy and comfortable. We arrived by walking from valmontone which was not fun at all, however we were welcomed by the lovely owner and they took us to the shopping outlet the next day, just A lovely extra touch that is rare these days. Thank you for your hospitality.

Casa Vacanze Elianto is a residence, overlooking a wonderful part of the cost between Tor Caldara and Anzio has at his feet a nice golden beach with each facility.16 apartments of different size monos and bilos all with private service and kitchen corner the great part of them with balcon and sea view.
Our family rented a one bedroom apartment here and we wished we could have stayed much longer than one night. The apartment was clean and bright and very well set up. A crib was provided and everything went smoothly. Easy walking distance to grocery store and restaurants along the beautiful beach. Beach itself was fantastic with a beautiful sandy area designated for the hotel, and an elevator or stairs. Just wonderful. Would go there and stay for a longer visit in an instant. Reasonably priced and very, very nice.

We stayed here a few nights when going to a wedding in the area. The b&b is very pleasant and pretty good value for money. It's probably one of the best places around Labico/ Valmontone quality wise. The garden is a lovely place to chill, as a family. It has sun all day. Loved the hammocks. Sadly, we would have liked to swim in the pool when the sun came out, but it was dirty (changeable weather meant it wasn't being maintained daily). The view of the hills/ castle is beautiful and sunset is stunning. We took the large double, and it was a very good size for a family. Nicely decorated and a good shower. Lovely big terrace with a panoramic view. The room was well equipped with heating and air-conditioning, which allowed us to stay climatised to the changeable weather. We have slept in more comfortable beds - ours was two single mattresses shoved together on a double IKEA frame. We did not sleep as well as usual. Would suggest, if funds allow, to upgrade the mattress to a double and use a mattress topper at some point, to guarantee guest comfort. The internet was sadly up and down, possibly due to bad weather, so we couldn't use streaming apps. Sara was always available over the phone She was punctual and kindly arrived at 7.30am to serve us breakfast (We're early birds). We were grateful to Sara for picking us up fruit we liked for our stay and for preparing us cappuccino so early in the morning. She also was kind enough to leave a couple of croissants on our last night, as we were checking out way before breakfast time the next day. So thank you Sara! The variety at breakfast was average. You could have eggs and there were croissants and lots of biscuits and cakes in packaging. But we were hoping for a few more fresh baked goods/ bread from the pasticceria and some freshly squeezed juice. For kids, a baby bed (parc) is available, a toddler carrier and a wonderful swing. I would also suggest the owners invest in a couple of cheap IKEA highchairs so that children can eat comfortably. That would make this place even more child friendly. A bit more information about the local area would be helpful, either in the form of leaflets, agriturusmo, things to do for kids, walking maps. We liked having access to a kitchen to prepare a spot of lunch. It's well equipped. It might be nice to make the breakfast area more cosy, by moving some of the tables closer together, to make way for a lounge corner with a couple of sofas and coffee table in front of the TV. All considered, we had a pleasant stay.

It’s located beside the train station, very close beaches and restaurants. Room was clean. Check-in process was a bit confusing at first, as the owner was not at the hotel when we arrived. We need to go to the store next to the station and ask the cashier to call him. Breakfast is simple, a croissant, and coffee or latte. Other type of beverages are not included.

Simple accommodation, couple of nights ok, but longer you may not spend your vacation. The cleaning level was poor, the previous customer's dirty, wet towel still in the bathroom when we got to the room in the afternoon after 14:00. The promised view of the garden was overlooking the backyard, not the garden. Booking information - breakfast is available at the price, which means very limited breakfast. The supply of accommodation is limited to tea bags, instant coffee, juice and yogurt and dry bread. Need yourself buying fresh bread, cheese and tomatoes. Kitchen utensils are overcooked, knives tedious. Kitchen towels and dishwashing stove are dishonest dirty. The man whose owner told us to check in and clean up in the morning focused more on talking to an Italian guest than to take care of the dump in the big junkyard in the kitchen. Each customer's bowls are treated in a way.

Special thanks to Jessica for great accomodation. We've used the same room as on the picture. Nice and clean, with view on the sea. Breakfast included. The place is very close to the train station Stella Polare in Ostia (2 min. walk). Definitely will choose this place again during our next trip to Rome.
