Lugar com ambiente horrível, sujo, corredores que parecem um labirinto, quarto sem janela nenhuma, muito apertado, roupas de cama sujas, não tem lugar para colocar nem as malas, não tem limpeza de quarto (quando chegamos já estava sujo).Proprietária do estabelecimento (Elisabete) super mal educada. As fotos do booking são uma coisa, quando chegamos o local era completamente diferente, horrível. Não recomendo! Passei muita raiva.

Small and cozy rooms with a kitchenette perfect for a couple or not more than 4 people nice pool area , free parking , excellent breakfast buffet with lots of fresh local fruits and freshly baked breads and let's not talk about the coffee BRAZILIAN BEST COFFEE freshly brew every morning and all of this priced very reasonable, the beach is located just across the street and you can walk to all the best places of entertainment or just ENJOY THE BEACH!

Reviewed By suite-toolsI just was here for 5 days in a home that was 130 meter and has two on suites Bathroom with the two bedroom and a third bathroom down stairs. I took my family of two adults and 3 children ages 10 to 16. This was a perfect location to visit Porto Seguro and Adjuda without a car. It is just a 5 minute walk from the ferry dock on the Arraial d Ajuda side. This is where all the local bus and the vans start so you have no waiting time for a quick trip to d'Ajuda it cost 2 Real and 2.50 to 5 Reals per person on the van depend where you are going. The house was great I will show photos right on the water and a large swimming pool. There are 12 homes to choose from one bedroom to 4 bedroom homes and the 3 and 4 bedroom have private pools and BBQs. They also view the ocean just walk through the private gate and you are on miles of beach. You can wander down towards the Eco Resort that is private but before you get there the Aquarela Praia Hotel on the beach has a bar and food service open for your use. They also have beach chairs and umbrella they ask for 50 reals to spend on food and drink to use there covered tables or beach chairs with umbrella using a credit card if you choose. Great place to relax with all the benefits of the Beach. Just ten minutes walk on the beach from your beach house. Not the wall to wall crowds you will find also most want you to spend over 100 to 200 Reals to use there tables and Umbrella. Most place will take credit cards but some only take cash or debit cards. The owner or manager is Matteo great guy and service. The 4 bedroom home with private pool facing the beach is worth 1,000,000 US and you can rent it for cheap this is my impression. How about 3 or 4 bedroom in the million dollar house for $310 a night sleep 6 to 8 people. That only $52 per person a night they have air conditioners in each bedroom can be noisy or just turn it off and let the sea breeze and wave put you to sleep. This place is so quiet the bird are the ones that wake you up in the morning with the waves just lapping at the beach in your front yard. One more thing you can visit both d'Adjuda and Porto Seguro no need for car. Take a bus or volkswagen van they also take you to different beaches for about 5 Real each way on the d'Adjuda side and just take the ferry back over to Porto Seguro for FREE from the d'Adjuda side. To come back on the ferry by foot 3 Real per person. You can walk from the ferry dock to the local square shoppes and restaurants at night when things are happening. Also the same for d'Adjuda take the bus get just close to Cambui grocery store get off at that stop. Walk down a little street next to the store and you are in the center of d'Adjuda night life shops and restaurants. You can catch a van back to the dock for about 3 real per person or less. Here are the negatives about the place first you have to pay cash for the Home 50% up front in Reals no credit cards. You can wire the money or like I did I was in brazil pulled money from the ATM and was able to put it in a local bank in Matteo account. Then bring the rest when you check in. The other is you have to go to the store in d'Adjuda I went on the bus to Cambui great market you can get everything you need there for your stay. Took a taxi that was 27 Reals the rest of the time did not need a taxi just took the other types of transportation. I went to different restaurants every night and also a couple of different beaches. I strongly recommend this place will go back again for both family, couples or group of friends. Single probably not best choice
