Reviewed By yidddd-Very clean -Excellent location in the centre of Marrakech, it’s very easy to walk everywhere -Rooms nicely finished with AC -They even gave us a free upgrade to a larger room when they noticed that it was two of us sharing it (free of charge) -Hotel taxi service was efficient and inexpensive -Rooftop terrace is perfect for enjoying the sun -Very safe area -Would definitely stay again/recommend

High standard 1st class Apart'hotel; especially designed for guests looking for relaxation and calm. 66 well furnished apartments and totaly equiped with 1 or 2 bedrooms in addition to a sitting room with 2 sleeping sofas and a well equipped kitchen with all the necessary materials including a coffee machine.

Very good value. Quite place. Free secured parking. Availability of kitchennete whit all what we need for cooking or just making coffee. Refrigerator, flat TV and AC are available. I’ve had for the 5th time I’ve been here a very resting and relaxing stay. Will come back again. Highly recommended for families, business or travelers.

Awful Hotel!

This Hotel was horrible, the rooms are filthy We asked to move rooms 4 times all being just as disgusting as each other, towels with holes in grime everywhere even bugs in the bed we ended up paying to stay in a different hotel! I was also 20 weeks pregnant at the time and didn’t even have any toilet roll in the rooms my partner had to walk to a supermarket to pic some up. They also use pictures from the hotel next door (which just happens to have a similar name) but on arrival claimed they’re two separate hotels that are not related and you can’t use their facilities! Just please avoid.

Very bad experience
Reviewed By XaffieUpon arrival we found that the hotel room was not cleaned, the TV was broken, and there was no toilet paper. When we approached the manager, he did not offer to solve these issues and even recommended that we should leave a bad review if we are not pleased. Since we already paid he felt that there was no need to assist us in these basic requirements. The staff is incredibly rude and incapable of simple hotelmanagement. Please save your time, money and energy and do not consider visiting this hotel in case you want to enjoy your stay. All you will get for 120 euro per night is a room below average, insufficient service, no toilet paper, and a smell of sewerage in your room. I hope that this honest review helps in preventing ruining someone's vacation.

Some difficulty with the heating and water leakage in the shower(s), but generally well maintained and quite close (30 minute walk) from the main action. Good supermarket 200m away. Driver arranged through reception was convenient, but taxi cheaper than usinig their airport shuttle service.

Cheap and cheerful
Reviewed By Jody MVery friendly staff here. The hotel is older and has retro furnishings but I thought it was kind of cool. Our apartment was gigantic! 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 sitting rooms and a kitchen. We only stayed one night, it was affordable and comfortable. Is it the nicest hotel in town, no but definitely a lot of bang for your buck.
