History and art converge in the open-air museum that is Florence, the capital of the Italian Renaissance. A typical day can consist of charming walks through historic streets, alternating between popular shops with local products and savory bites of food. A stroll along the river Arno will delight anyone with the colors of the Ponte Vecchio. Relax at night with a lively aperitif in Santo Spirito, a beer in Piazza Santa Croce or an amazing panoramic view from Piazzale Michelangelo.

For the businessman traveller, for the tourist, for who loves to dive into cultural and beautiful Florentine treasuries; for short term visits and for long permanences, FORTE16 offers the best solution for everyone providing its vaste and various apartment styles and modalities, just 15 minutes walking from Florence's Duomo.
Fantastic place in a great location, just a short walk from all the main sights but in an area with a lot of character and full of great little restaurants and bars. Found the staff very friendly and the rooms were clean, the beds very comfortable and the shower was incredible. It was good to have the fridge and kitchen and even a decent coffee machine (had to ask for a few extra cartridges). The pool is small but the spa area is nice and good for relaxing. Only criticism of this place is we thought it was a bit rubbish to have to pay extra for the rooftop jacuzzi. The hotel isn’t cheap so this felt a bit of a rip-off and we didn’t use it. But would definitely return here.

Stayed at the suites on a solo trip to explore Florence. The location was great with everywhere I wanted to see within an easy walking distance yet at the same time it didn't feel particularly touristy. It also felt safe which, as I was travelling alone, was important to me. The suite was very spacious, with a separate sofa and table, and a large bathroom with a walk in shower. I had toyed with booking the room with a terrace but there was a communal terrace which I never ended up using but which would have been more than adequate. The air conditioning was a welcome respite from a 35C heat wave. I was a little concerned that staff weren't there 24/7 however they were more than helpful both before and during the trip. I'd happily recommend and stay again.

Only 6 kms from the historical centre of Florence, Il Milione represents a quality residence for self-catering as well as b&b stays (upon request). Our guests can enjoy moments of absolute relax in the peace of the countryside, without sacrificing the convenience of being close to town and to the most important points of interest in Tuscany. Guests can enjoy open-air swimming-pool, two lakes (not suitable for swimming) , "bocce" court, children amenities, tennis court and a series of trekking routes within the property, wifi in common area and in all rooms and apartments. Direct sale of local products, organic extra virgin olive oil, Chianti wine and honey; a typical panoramic restaurant is also available for romantic dinners. Open all year round.
I'm giving this 5 stars because I believe that people who put their heart and soul into welcoming guests should be rewarded for their efforts. We arrived at the Fattoria in a blazing heatwave with much of Europe desperately looking for a sunny escape in Italy whose borders were still open. Gianpaolo, the owner, was holding the fort and was good enough to move us around from one apartment to the next as we desperately needed to have an outside terrace for evening dining. Aircon works very well in all rooms, but al fresco is so much better and ecologically righteous. The location of the fattoria is stunning, the pool a welcome oasis, and the apartments each very different, not all of them have that magical private outside space. This ose once a farm, please be reminded, and therefore don't expect hotel specs. Be prepared to adapt, improvise, and enjoy.

Traveling as a family of 5, we were in search of a three-bedroom option (or three hotel rooms) well located enough to make exploring simple for my 96-year-old grandmother. Palazzo Gamba's location is absolutely unbeatable and the view is as five-star as it gets! Who needs a rooftop bar when your view overlooks the Duomo like this? Truly unbeatable location-wise and view-wise. The layout inside was perfect for us - three bedrooms, plus two bathrooms. service was helpful and the elevator was necessary with an elderly traveler! All around great spot and great value for a self-catering option.

Located easily and quickly from the main station, a short walk which is ideal when you have luggage. Behind locked gates this small complex is quiet, private and not accessible to non residents. You can be at the indoor market in 5 mins, Duomo in 7 and the Ponte Vecchio in 25 mins and that’s walking at a normal pace. Proximity to the station means you can get busses easily if you need or wish to get anywhere else, there is a bus to the Pitti palace if you didn’t fancy the walk over the bridge. The apartment we had was adequate and had what we needed for our stay allowing us to eat in if needed. There is no starter pack so you need to get what you need from the supermarket which is only a few mins away. You do get washing up liquid and kitchen paper but not towel to dry the plates, also some sugar sachets. The kitchenette was basic with a kettle, some basic utensils and oddly wry large pans but no small ones to warm milk. A large fridge freezer, microwave and 2 ring hob. The coffee boiler was annoying as it could have been bigger, they do make larger ones, you can on,y make 2 espresso or 1 coffee, without having to empty and refill. You only get a small bin recycling is encouraged. You are met by staff as there is no check in so you need to arrange this in advance, staff were helpful and if you needed them I imagine would be available to assist. The bed was large and comfortable, no international TV, WiFi quick and reliable and copious amount of hot water.the apartment was clean and modern. I read with interest other reviews who found this pricey and maybe in peak season compared to a hotel it might be, but for us this was good value, also this isn’t a hotel so you cannot really compare. I also read people complained about hidden cleaning charges it was very obvious when we booked with booking.com and was included in the overall price. I would stay here again and would recommend the location to other visitors to Florence

Stayed here again for a second time. I can’t recommend Villa Le Statue enough. The location is fabulous as it’s only a short bus ride away from centre of Florence with a bus stop right outside your door. The apartments are fabulous with everything you need. Even when they are fully booked the pool is always quiet. Only 25 min drive from Mugello track as well.Martina and Gabriella are fantastic hosts and make you feel like you are at home. Highly recommend , you will not be disappointed ☺️

The Gemini Studios offers apartments (Studios or 1 bedroom apartments) for short and long stay, even for a single night. The building is located in a strategic position for those who come to Florence for tourism or business, within easy walking distance, the Fortezza da Basso, Palazzo dei Congressi, the railway station Santa Maria Novella, supermarkets, pizzerias, pharmacies and stores, all museums and monuments are accessible within 2 kilometers.
I will try to compare the apartment in the condominium, which was provided to us by Your.Rentals, with other B&B in Naples and Rome, where we stayed at the beginning of our trip. My negative response is primarily related to the management and staff who could not or did not want to organize our accommodation in a condominium. Unlike other B&Bs, the condominium manager was not waiting for us when we arrived at the time offered by Your.Rentals. Unlike Booking.com, we were not asked when we planned to arrive - so we expected that at the appointed time - from 15 to 20 we will be waiting. But, it turned out that this is not the case. There was no manager; it was not even clear where to look for him. We managed to get inside the condominium (although it is strictly forbidden - guests must wait for the manager on the street) - where we found his phone. Fortunately, he answered on Viber, and in 15 minutes, he came to his workplace. The first thing he told us was that we had no right to be in the condominium. Secondly, he always has problems with Ukrainians. Then we got the key and went to look for our room. When we returned to the room in the evening, we had two problems: low hot water pressure in the shower and no forks and knives. I wrote about it to Your.Rentals and in a few minutes, the condominium manager and some other person came to our room. The water has already flowed with sufficient pressure, and the forks are stored under the oven, where pans are usually stored. Of course, if he had first shown us where the forks were, we would not have written about it, but he told us that it is not his duty and we must cancel our request to Your.Rentals right now, because otherwise, he will evict us ( it is not clear just why - we paid for two nights). As for the room, it is a cheap condominium, which you see in the photo - no surprises.
