This hotel is beautiful and very clean! The spectacular views are mesmerizing, and the staff was very nice. One staff member in particular, Edison was amazingly sweet and helpful every evening. Always made us feel at home. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Welcome to the most exclusive residential apartments in Medellin. Strategically located in the exclusive Poblado neighborhood, Estelar Apartamentos is the perfect choice for long term stays while enjoining complete hotel services.
My family and I spent 9 nights at Estelar Apartamentos in Medellin. The price was great, given the exchange from dollars to pesos. The location is PERFECT. The Carulla grocery store is right next door and it is open 24/7. The Santa Fe Mall is right across the street, and the Oviedo mall is about a 5 minute walk. They are all great. El Poblado is beautiful and one of the best areas of Medellin. We had a two bedroom/two bathroom apartment with kitchen, living room, and dining room. It was recently remodeled and it was super comfortable. The first couple of days (during the holidays) the air conditioning was not working, but the staff made sure it was fixed for us (they had to call an outside vendor). Breakfast was included and it was amazing. There was a great selection of fresh fruit, eggs, empanadas, broth, rice, coffee, arepas, chocolate, yogurt, breads, and pastries. Service at the restaurant was great. Carlos was especially kind and professional, and he worked every single day we were there. He was very attentive and helpful. I used the treadmill at the gym every day. The elliptical was unfortunately broken, but I was able to work out enough with the available equipment. We also used the jacuzzi and it was very nice. All the common areas are beautiful, remodeled and extremely clean. The staff at the front desk is very friendly and helpful, and the cleaning staff also made sure we had everything we needed and left our apartment very clean every day. While there were a couple of issues (see above, air conditioning/elliptical), nothing is ever perfect, especially during COVID, and so I am giving Estelar Apartments 5 stars because, overall, we had a wonderful stay and couldn't have been happier in Medellin!

This place lacked customer service. Let me say though the younger lady at reception was MUCH nicer than the older lady. We came at 8am and the sign on the office said “open” but no one is around. We rang the bell and pounded on the door to no avail. Finally the lady comes out looking disheveled and angry at us for arriving when their office is closed. What the heck. In addition, we rented a 2 bedroom apt that can house 4 people. We received a quote online for 3 people because at the time we didn’t know our 4th group member was going to join us. Even though the apt can hold 4, we had to pay WAY extra for the 4th person for that one night. It was an additional 77,000,000 COP. What the heck again. Last but not least we got their recommendation for a buggy rental “esmeralda” which has a buggy stand right outside the San Miguel hotel. This vendor was horrible. They charged us 90,000,000 COP for 3 hours and instead of a decent golf cart (which we btw knew was gonna be slow), it was BARELY moving. Even other golf carts were passing us. In additional the steering wheel was not working straight, constantly needing to steer straight again. Total waste of money. What the heck again. Overall, not a good experience at all staying at this place especially due to the older lady at reception. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Loma Verde was my preferred hotel in Medellin in pre-COVID times. Being finally back, I am happy to see that they are as good as always and came through the crisis without any compromise on service and quality. Bi-Lingual staff as polite and helpful as ever, apartment in excellent shape. I like the tranquility of the surroundings, yet it is only 10 minutes to Provenza. If you don't feel like going to Provenza or Lleras, there are a couple of eateries just about 300m away on the intersection Calle 11 with transversal inferior ("Inter PLaza"). They restrict access to the hotel, so bringing up new found "friends" to the apartment is frowned upon, which in turn makes for a quiet and family friendly atmosphere in the building. In total, highly recommended!

Perfectly well located private apartments in fancy area of Bogota. Fully equipped and with free breakfast and access to gym and a roof with stunning views of the Andes.
I stayed at this hotel (it also included a kitchen) several time. My family and I just spent over a month at the hotel. Great place - it worked perfectly for us, considering we like cooking at home, and also great location - Chico reservado is a quite, safe and very nice area. Close to restaurants and many other useful facilities.

There are so many things I loved about this quaint hotel that the one negative isn't so bad and I would stay again. I loved the size of the place. Only 5 stories and probably 50 rooms. The staff were always very kind and helpful to our team which had several non Spanish speakers. The front desk, morning cooks and servers and the maids. All top notch! A very nice, big breakfast buffet is included. Meats, fruits, breads, cereal and you can have omelet or eggs fixed exactly how you like! Besides coffee they will make you cappuccino if you ask which yes I did thruout the day! Please remember to tip not just the server but the fellow who makes your eggs! They go out of their way to please! I was on the 5th floor and my room was huge! It was like a small apartment. you could live there. I loved it. I didn't use the kitchen tho as we ate out daily. But really enjoyed all my space. It is a safe, well lit area. My female friend and I walked to the little grocer a few places down the block at night or to the corner for really good pizza. In the am we went around the corner and got our mochas and a perhaps a pastry. Lots of little shops ! It is also in walking distance (at least to us!) to the local huge mall! So we went one day and went to the movies, ate a nice lunch shopped a bit then walked back. The cons: I had to constantly go to the desk to get my key to work again. You have to use your key on the elevator to get up to your floor which not always but sometimes worked. then I get to my door and NO! They are flimsy and cheap so lose their coding. NO I did not keep it next to my phone lol It has a very open concept which is cool but the outdoor sounds and even the lobby sounds resound! I was on the 5th floor and could hear everything going on in the lobby. Finally asked for a fan so I could get a full good nights sleep. All in all it was a great experience and would stay there again CON: The one thing I

We can’t say enough about CDR. The location can not be more ideal. The communication and service was 10/10. Anything we needed we received right away. I really can’t wait to stay here again!! Highly recommended!!

Viaggio Teleport is located in the Usaquen sector of Bogota, 200 m from the Santa Ana shopping center, 400 m from the Santa Fe Clinic and 2 km from the World Trade Center Bogota. El Dorado International Airport is 15 km from the hotel; Within its services it offers a 24 hour concierge, restaurant, meeting facility, luggage storage, wellness room, and free Wi-Fi internet. Its decoration allusive to the Colombian biodiversity generates a quiet environment perfect for your business trip. The apartments are equipped with 32-inch flat screen cable TV, social area, dining room, kitchenette with utensils and some include hammocks. We offer breakfast buffet which is composed of Colombian coffee, tropical fruits, bread and eggs to taste.
Located at the north of the city, around 60 mins from the Dorado Airport. Affordable hotel if you need to stay one night in this area that usually has more options but quite expensive. The night includes breakfast, and even in the most affordable rooms they include a small kitchen and microwave, so if you want you could cook your own meals.

I booked an upgraded room and was given their basic room. They acknowledged this. I asked them to refund the difference, but they said their bank would not do that (Which didn't make sense). Instead, they said they would cancel the transaction and resubmit the charge at the correct amount. They said this would take a few days, and would be completed after I left. (This did not make sense either). I reconfirmed before I left that they would make the change. Of course they never did. They kept the extra money. It is dishonest, but it is actually more aggravating that they continually lied to me. After making and paying for my reservation, and shortly before I departed the U.S., they sent me a note saying that rather than my credit card, they wanted me to make a transfer payment from my bank in the U.S. to their bank in Columbia. This was crazy.
