Clean Modern Apartment in Central Location
Reviewed By Judith LA well equipped apartment in a central position. Very clean and modern. Friendly staff who welcomed us warmly and gave us lots of information about the area, restaurants etc. Small outside seating area. Kitchenette where you could prepare breakfast in a hob but no oven. Car park was underground down two narrow ramps and very tight to get into - we had an Audi A3 - anything bigger would be a problem. Could walk to everywhere from apartment. It was a bit cold though as the weather wasn't warm.

A beautiful apartment in superb location
Reviewed By glenlivet1Immaculately clean ,and so well thought out ,our 5 day stay in Seqovia was the highlight of a marvellous fortnight in Spain.Whilst the climb into the old city is a challenge ,readily available Uber taxis at €7 were so quick and the walk back after dinners in excellent restaurants ,down the floodlit hill with the Alcazar to the fore ,is a memory of all our world travels that will last .

Reviewed By 40justooI spend a weekend at Purple Dog. I booked a room (50 m2) for 2 adults and 3 children in booking.com with a specific price. When I arrived at the hotel, they gave us a room with one bed (15m2). They offered another room with two additional beds but they charged an additional 120€. I demonstrated that I booked for two adults and three children using screenshots from my booking. I claimed the 120€ back, the hotel has ignored me completely. I feel I went through a SCAM. Zero customer service. He pasado el fin de semana en Purple Dog. Reserve una habitación (50m2) para dos adultos y tres niños en booking con un precio acordado. Cuando llegue al hotel, me dieron una habitación (15m2) con una única cama. Me dijeron que la reserva solo tenía a los dos adultos y me cobraron 120€ adicionales por los niños. He demostrado que reserve para cinco personas con pantallazos de la reserva. He reclamado los 120€ y me han ignorado completamente. Me siento engañado. Trato del hotel penoso.

Reviewed By Ana GUn apartahotel cerca del centro, a escasos 5 minutos andando. Ubicado en una zona donde se puede aparcar bien y gratis. Es una zona muy tranquila, por lo que puedes descansar. LA habitación es amplia, tiene una mini cocina con lo básico (nevera, microondas y fregadero). El cuarto de baño es amplio y completo. Todo estaba muy limpio. Sus camas son cómodas. El personal muy agradable y atento y además te proporcionan información sobre la ciudad.

Reviewed By Maya OWe were able to secure a room at the last minute despite Avila being crowded. Customer service was excellent and professional unlike other places. It's a neat apartment with all necessary stuff inside. Not that romantic, no extraordinary views but just appropriate to spend a night and move on.

El apartamento muy bonito, moderno, limpio, bien equipado y, aunque en el centro, muy tranquilo. No vimos nunca a la anfitriona, lo hicimos todo desde el teléfono, pero la chica que nos atendió estuvo siempre disponible y muy amable. Muchas gracias por todo!!

Son amplios y luminosos, cuentan con domotica y todos los servicios necesarios (TV, calefaccion, aire acondicionado, secador, cafetera con cápsulas, hervidor de agua, bolsitas de té, miel, mermelada, gel y champu etc). La cocina está muy bien equipada.

Reviewed By ClawdeenSApartamento muy acogedor, completo y limpio. Están situados al lado de la catedral, en pleno casco histórico de la ciudad y a pocos minutos andando de los principales atractivos. Si tuviera que poner alguna pega sería que el wifi no funcionaba demasiado bien. Recomendable.
