We offer accommodations for up to 32 people at one time in seven independent, fully equipped apartments in the historical downtown of Pécs in a quiet, peaceful environment - two apartments are situated on the ground floor of a six-apartment building (5 Toldi Miklós utca) while 5 apartments are found on the first floor and ground floor of an eight-flat apartment complex (15 Lyceum utca). The two buildings are found 100 meters from each other (2 minutes' walk). Unlimited, free wireless high-speed Internet access (WI-FI) is available for our guests! The city's famous shopping street, Király utca, ideal for pleasant evening walks, is just a couple of blocks away. Shopping can also be carried out conveniently in Árkád, the city's largest shopping mall which is easily accessible on foot by a 2-minute walk. All the attractions of Pécs are within just a few-minute of walking distance. The train and bus stations can be reached by only a 10-15 minute walk. All apartments are fitted with air conditioning. No restricted-area permit is needed to approach our apartments by car. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments and the buildings. Pets are not welcome.

Great winery!
Reviewed By Robert PA newly renovated hotel winery. The rooms were simple but clean and had all necessary amenities. The Saturday night dinner was excellent. Generous local cuisine. The wines were out of this world. The wine tour was also one of the most informative I've ever been on.

Reviewed By Nihada DI spent six nights at Centrum apartments. The place is clean, the room has a kitchenette, free wifi. Food selection for breakfast is good. There is a big parking space. Location of the property is convenient. Main square is cca 7-10 minutes away.

The STM3 apartments are situated in the heart of the historical downtown of Pecs. The smaller (30 m²) apartment is comfortable for 2 guests, the larger one (42 m2) for 4 guests. The apartments are fully and well-equipped, with a kitchen suitable for cooking, a bathroom and a fast (20 Mbit/s) wireless internet connection and TV set.
A charming apartment!
Reviewed By Gypsy1967We stayed at STM3 Apartman by accident, but are so glad we did! :) We had originally booked somewhere else, but the property made an error with our booking. To assist, they kindly referred us to Zsuzsa (STM3 Apartmen). Never have I had an ‘error’ turn out to be so positive! :). Zsuzsa met us on arrival and she showed us everything in the apartment. She also provided us with a map and lots of tips about Pécs. The apartment is light and bright and beautifully decorated. The oasis of indoor plants really gives it a ‘home away from home’ feel. The kitchen is fully equipped if you wish to prepare your own food in-house (a large SPAR supermarket is just a 5 minute walk away). The bed is very comfortable, and if you are travelling with small children there is a separate bedroom with 2 single beds. There is also a HUGE Leggo collection which will keep them amused for hours (I wished I’d had time to play with it myself)! :) The bathroom also has a washing machine if you need to do some laundry. There is also an outdoor terrace which is lovely for enjoying your morning cuppa whilst sitting in the sun. The apartment is located in a lovely quite building in the Old Town. The Old Town is adorable to explore, and all the main sites are within easy walking distance. If you are driving, there is also off-street parking. We arrived by train, and the apartment is within easy walking distance from the train station. We enjoyed our stay (2 nights) very much.

Reviewed By Beatrix_ZPár száz méterre a strand bejáratától! A vendéglátók nagyon kedvesek (beleértve Fáraót, a kutyust), a szállás tiszta, jó, olcsó, és az ellátás -ha félpanziót kérünk- pazar! Kötöttséget jelent ugyan, hogy a vacsora csak az egyik étteremben vehető igénybe, így ha lenne rá lehetőség, legközelebb csak reggelit kérnék. Sok jó étterem van a környéken, szívesen kipróbáltuk volna azokat is.

In Harkany's quiet center, our apartments are available the whole year. The apartments have own TV, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Large terraces, grassy courtyard for guests to rest for sunbathing space. When guests arrive by car, in the yard, you can park your car in a safe place. Spa-100 meters, restaurants, mini market-50 meters.
