Hollywood's favorite tiny theater finally goes big! With a much larger venue, brand new stage, and double the seats, this new Cupcake Theater miraculously retains it's intimate performing style and Broadway level shows.

This place was not in the best area of LA, a tiny bit run down, but the theater has a goth feel to it which we loved. My husband and I had balcony seats which was great for us older kids. We had a great time! The only thing that sucked was that it cost $15 for a beer. That's why we had beers at the brew house next door before we went in. If you can get floor tickets , you will have a great experience!

Elaborate French Renaissance theater dating back to 1926.
Unveiled in 1926, it underwent a major renovation beginning in the late 1980s. Thus it is the best preserved movie theatre on Broadway. With gorgeous Beaux Arts styling it makes for a striking picture, especially if viewed from across the street. It now hosts concerts, movie premiers and is also a popular setting for film and video scenes.

Opened in 1930 by a vaudeville magnate, the interior of this famous theater is one of the most stunning examples of high ornate Art Deco architecture in Los Angeles. Groups of 10 or more can save on ticket prices and ticketmaster fees when they book directly through our Group Sales department.
The Pantages is an absolutely beautiful palace of Art Deco architecture. The theater is just magnificently decorated as are the other parts of the theater. The lobby is also very impressive. Built in the time of vaudeville, the seats are very comfortable and the sight-lines are all very good. Truly not a bad seat in the house, even from the mezzanine (or balcony). The sound quality in the theater is fantastic. It was a wonderful place to experience Disney's Frozen. A true landmark on Hollywood Boulevard at Vine Street. There is a Metro Red Line Station right across the street.

The Geffen Theatre is one of the best in Los Angeles, located in beautiful Westwood near UCLA. They do good work. This play was written by a Native American playwright featuring a group of people getting together during Thanksgiving and, at the same time, during Native American Heritage week. This juxtaposition creates some natural conflict. Well written by playwright Larissa Fasthorse -- yes, that's her real name -- and wonderfully acted and directed as well.
