ItaliAnna - Food & Wine Tours

A true and authentic personalized guided tour by a local focusing on food & wine. Piemonte is no Napa Valley, and sometimes it can be useful to have a translator on hand, someone to book tastings (hard to do walk-ins here), and of course drive you around these confusing Italian roads! I hope my enthusiasm and passion for wine will make your experience even more fun. Quindi dai...Andiamo!

Terra

We are a cooking school and since the beginning we decided to focus on our clients’ expectations: a genuine Italian experience, the discovery of the best that the local Italian culinary tradition has to offer, an open dialogue with your chef, teacher and new friend. All the classes are hands-on, the chefs are always available to teach and help. The course is from 11am to 2pm, during the cooking class everything that has been cooked will be eaten. A wine pairing option can be added to the cooking class for an even richer experience. Terra Academy is just a few minutes away from Alba and conveniently placed in the Langhe area, a main tourist destination for wine and food enthusiasts.

Germano Angelo dal 1908

They are the fourth generation of a family that produces fine wines from the Langhe. I worked as an illustrator and graphic designer for several years and in the end the passion for good food got the better and now I run my own business that deals with food and wine sensory experiences in the heart of the Barolo territory. We take our guests to visit our cellar, followed by a tasting of our wines accompanied by a wide range of tapas-style saucers.
