There's really no better all-round fitness activity than swimming. But 50 metres back and forth, back and forth in a pool staring at a black line isn't exactly for everyone. Swim as nature intended and learn a great new sport while you're at it. You'll be guided by a friendly instructor and learn the core techniques and tips to make the most of your ocean-swimming experience. Australia's a great big island surrounded by amazing places to swim, so let the experts show you how to dive in.
The whole experience was fantastic; easy to book, good communication leading up to the day was just right. The theory aspect was educational and going into the ocean to cement that learning was fun and although, a little scary for those of with fears, the instructors were great and gave you confidence that all would be ok! The tips were great and they encouraged you to keep going and stay in touch if you wanted more info. Great team.
