Gather-A Food Studio is a cooking school locally owned and operated by Dave Cook and Cortney Smith on West Colorado Avenue in Colorado Springs. I’ve been attending for year now, and I’ve learned so much from Dave and Cortney. Such as using fresh herbs and fresh spices, or layering with salt and pepper with every additional ingredient. Dave and Cortney will show you skills and techniques in creating delicious, flavorful, and restaurant quality dishes from user friendly recipes which will be easy to replicate at home. No matter what your level of cooking you are at, or just simply interested in making a particular dish, Dave and Cortney have created a fun and welcoming place for aspiring home cooks and foodies alike at “Gather”.

Been here three times & cannot wait to go back. Love everything I've made & have it proudly displayed in my home. It is also a great place to create a one of a kind gift with a personal touch. Love being able to do something crafty & learn a new skill at the same time, while having fun! I've brought several friends here for their first time including my husband they've all loved it too.
