If you want to discover the deep reality of the colombian capital you should join me in this experience trying to see and understand the configuration of the colombian society, we will not see colonial architecture, museums or fancy streets, we will go through the south neighborhoods of Bogota by using one of the most innovative transportation system in the world, Tansmilenio and Transmi Cable (Cable car). Bogota has different faces and this a really interesting one you dont want to miss. First of all, we take the Transmilenio (BRT System) direction to Tunal Station and reach the Cable Care used by 700.000 locals everyday as their main transportation system. We will go to the last station Paraiso, and walk around in a deteriorated urban district by the violence and poorness in the past, trying to improve its habitants and surroundings through the education, urban renovation, sports and art equipments.

WOW! What can I say but I would give this 10 stars if I could! This was my first horseback riding tour in Colombia and I did it with Andres. I had such an unbelievable, breathtaking experience. I called him and booked the day before and he was able to squeeze us in for a tour. Andres was super friendly and an awesome guide who also spoke English and Spanish, he’s also very knowledgeable. I ended up choosing the cattle ranch riding tour and it did not disappoint! He was accommodating to payment methods and picking us up from hotel in the morning and provided us water for the trip. The horses you get to ride are from his very own farm. I can tell they are very well taken care of and healthy and also well behaved! We had an authentic Colombian lunch before taking off to ride. He will tailor to your riding experiences but I told him I had experiences riding so we were able to gallop during the flatter part of the ride. The view through the acres was so beautiful. He explained many things to us so I felt that I learned a lot. He also has fresh eggs from his chicken and his own roasted coffee so be sure to pick some up after the ride. It was a full day of trip, about 1.5 hr to the farm, 2 hrs ish for the ride. Overall I had such a wonderful experience for my first tour in Colombia, especially being a horse lover this was a thrill and an experience I’ll never forget. I look forward to other tours with Andres and LandVenture Travel in the future. Thank you again! I HIGHLY recommend going with him for your tours, you will not be disappointed and be coming back for more. ????????????????

We had an amazing day (a full day) with Luis!! He is a lot of fun, has a lots of knowledge and over all and above a tour guide. From the very beginning we felt like he is our friend who we know for a long time. Luis is very courteous, friendly and polite. We made several stops including a town of old Penol and new Penol (Fenix sculpture). The view of old town replica is breathtaking. It’s wonderful to have a cold beer, a cup of coffee or a meal as well. I climbed the rock and the views from the top are surreal...the town of Guatape is a lot of fun, filled colors and zocalos art on the buildings. An incredible day with a lot to see and experience and memories to last forever. Thank you so much Luis and Carolina!!! From three gringos Nego, Frank and Jon

There is enough free time to walk around and take the best postcard pictures, with convenient facilities where to use bathrooms or grab snacks at any time so we recommend bringing cash and/or Colombian pesos since not every store takes credit cards.
