This temple called in honor of the Patron Saint of Yaguaron is one of the legacies left by the Franciscans in their passage in Paraguay during their time of conquest.

Built in the 16 th century by the guaraníes Indians under the watchful eyes of the Jesuits missionaries that arrive to Christianized the local populations completely carved of wood and gold. The craftsmanship and every detail is indeed extraordinary
