This is a beautiful chapel built under the reign of Charles the 4th. It was built in 1798 and Goya painted the frescoes. The painting are excellent. They are almost expressionist paintings, what is called the black paintings by Goya. Entrance is free!

This beautiful oratory is tucked away in central Madrid a few odd foot steps from Gran Via. It is a treasure to find right there in the middle of the city, just off the main pedestrian way that connects Gran Via to Puerta de Sol. It's interior is cozy, welcoming and beautiful.
