Vlad the Impaler stated his claim to Bucharest in 1459. His citadel on the Dambovita was the first of flotillas of palaces, many of which still stand. Four subway lines and a modern bus network transport visitors and commuters. Nicknamed "Little Paris", Bucharest's elegant early 20th-century architecture shows French influences. Don't miss the Village Museum, Romanian Athenaeum and the Peasant Museum. You can't miss the Palace of Parliament, the second-largest building in the world (after the Pentagon).

It was an unique experience. The historical building is astonishing, while the friendly staff, and the quality of the service, is at the highest level. For entering the casino you have to pay an entrance fee of 50lei, like in all the others casino in Romania. We enjoyed our time there, due to the professional staff, that guided us during our visit, and although we lost a little, it was a very nice evening. There is a very nice buffet and restaurant, and a slots area. We will return for sure, and we recommend the place to everybody.
