Osero, (the Masai word for "Bush/wild") Serengeti Tented Camp located in the heart of African Wilderness in the Serengeti National Park, gives you endless opportunity to uncover and explore rare world beauty. The best of facilities in our tent, expert chefs preparing the ultimate gourmet feasts, lush green landscapes and rich cultures are only few of the many highlights of this amazing place.
Absolutely unforgettable experience. In the heart of the breathtaking Serengeti, this place took me by complete surprise. I was expecting a medium quality camping experience but Osera achieved beyond my expectations. If anyone is familiar with glamping (posh camping), this is it except in the middle of the Serengeti. The tents have queen size beds and single beds (if required), a his and hers sink and fresh towels for the hot water shower also in your tent. The level of security is next level with an amazing level of respect for the animals. All signaling is done with a flashlight and walkie talkie, if required. As you dine in the impressive restaurant setting, one can hear the lions in the distance and Buffalo can be seen grazing. This is as real as it gets and is affordable, with quality and a level of service that is quite stand out. It is also worth mentioning that the level of English spoken by the staff here was a level above the other accommodations where we stayed. Cliche, I know but my only regret was not staying here for longer. Book Osera and you won’t be sorry.

Located in South Central Serengeti, within the Moru Kopjes area, Serengeti Pioneer Camp is ideally situated to offer superlative access to the annual migration and the ‘Big 5’ with sweeping views overlooking Moru Kopjes, Lake Magadi and the endless plains. Paying homage to the mobile camps of the 1930’s, a time when an African safari was truly a journey into the unknown, Serengeti Pioneer Camp’s ‘zero footprint’ and close proximity to nature combines to make an unmistakably distinctive and truly individual offering. Comprising of twelve-tented rooms, all of which have en-suite facilities including a flushing toilet, vanity basin, and showers, the tent interiors are designed to evoke the very best of an era long-gone but certainly not forgotten.
Experienced a secluded tented 4 nts amongst the kopje rocks, splendidly serene views, attentive staff and quiet moments. Wait and support staff always nearby wanting to serve was an added bonus. The chef creates beautiful arrays and listens to allergies/dislikes for meal preps. Highly recommend. Thank you Said (manager) for running a smooth and hospitable operation.

The Serengeti Sametu camp offers your experience the perfect balance between a safari in the wild and the comfort of luxury hospitalities. Intentionally situated in a secluded part of the eastern edge of Central Serengeti, a fairly small distance from the Ngare Nanyuki River, our luxury boutique accommodation never ceases to gift you with an endless horizon silhouetted by grazing wildebeest, zebra, and various antelope species, as well as several hundred bird species gliding from one acacia tree to the next in search for suitable nesting space.
This trip was really fantastic, we got to see the big five and also enjoyed the stay at the Karibu camps. The hospital I and the accommodation was really amazing. Not forgetting the delicious food we ate at Karibu camps. We also got the chance to have evening drive to sunset views.

The Camp is located in a secluded area of Tarangire National Park- arguably one of Tanzania’s best national Parks. Tarangire is famed for its massive herds of elephants, true sense of wilderness, and a gentle backdrop of baobab. Its lesser visited but more intriguing park on northern circuit With only 10 guest tent including a family unit, each guest tent has en suite bathroom with shower, vanity
Perfect lodge for our safari tour, the tent rooms were so authentic and beautiful! We had a unique experience to sleep in the tarangire park, hearing so many birds and other animals during the night and also seeing elephants and giraffes walking by! We felt save and comfortable at every time for the lodge-team is very qualified to provide security of the guests. Service and hospitality were always exceptional. Located right in the middle of the Serengeti, this small and familiar camp is the perfect place to stay overnight for a Safari tour. Overlooking a small river off the main road, it offers the opportunity to say good morning to a family of baboons and goodnight to the hyenas. The staff is very friendly, well organized and working extremely hard at making travelers feel welcome, safe and comfortable. Indeed, the spacious tents offer a comfort level close to a hotel room, all the time while being close to nature and the animals of the Serengeti. Highly recommend!

My sister and I had a great safari camp experience at Mawe. We arrived in the evening and was greeted by buffalos near the reception and near our tent. The tented camp was a complete experience. We heard hyenas and other noises at night but regardless we felt safe and slept well. In the morning, there were buffaloes, wildebeest and lions close to the camp. The meals were delicious and tented accommodation has all the amenities including hot shower. Staff was very attentive to our needs. Kudos to Ransom, Chris and team.

Joel organized me a package with everything including transportation. I didn’t want to pay for private since I was alone. Tell him to book you in the public car instead of the bus that I took on the way over that was insane, unless you really wanted an authentic experience. My guide was great and everything is coordinated through the hotel that includes meals as well. Rooms are very spacious. Internet works sometimes usually at night in the restaurant, so you kind of have to be ok with the possibility of being disconnected. Keep in mind that there are many taxes and fees to visit this place, so the hotel doesn’t really charge that much. Also, the red lake natron is a rare phenomenon, but you can always see the flamingos. Do the upper waterfall hike it’s incredible, but you need to be in quite decent physical conditions.

Stayed with my friends for two nights while exploring Serengeti and it was just the right level of comfort that one would expect in a camp in the middle of Serengeti. Nice welcoming staff that made sure we were well fed at all times, the bar well stocked and safe from the wild animals roaming the surrounding bushes. Pitch black nights were restful in the comfortable tents if you don't mind occasional lion roars and hyena noises. Its a great place to stay

The camp is located in the most remarkable natural wonder in all of Africa and the World Heritage Site – Ngorongoro Crater. The camp has 20 spacious and luxuriouselevated tented rooms with private balconies that can host private dinners or lunches that overlooks Lake Eyasi.
Ngorongoro Wildcamp is a very well run luxury camp. We had a truly fantastic two days in this picture perfect camp. Everyithing was much better than we expected; the raised canvas rooms with amazing views, delicious meals served, evening bonfire, the afternoon walks with armed Maasai guards. It was just as paradise should be. It was really good value and I would not hesitate to return or recommend to my family and friends.
