Thank you '8Rental' and Filip. After a recent, long overnight flight from South Africa, we arrived at Fiumicino Airport requiring the services of a driver and van to transfer to Umbertide. Our luggage comprised 4 heavy suitcases, 2 smaller cases and 2 lap top bags, together with a wooden crate containing our prized pet cat which needed to be picked up separately from 'Cargo City' at Fiumicino. Our driver Filip, arrived punctually in a large, comfortable, luxury Mercedes Benz Vito van and expertly took charge of our situation. Filip's professional and friendly demeanour attended to all our needs and concerns and was hands on in ensuring that all proceedings were handled efficiently and to our satisfaction while dealing with officials. Our cat was highly stressed by the flight and during the road trip she had still not settled. Filip showed great understanding and sympathy and took great effort to make our trip as comfortable as possible. We can recommend Filip and '8Rental' unreservedly.

What a fantastic experience driving a Routemaster. A brilliant birthday present. A 20 minute driving experience stopping at bus stops, slaloms and steering it was great fun i couldn't stop smiling. its very good value. Situated on North Weald Airfield it was very easy to find. The staff were very freindly and great making sure that everyone's experience was the best it could be. I decided to buy the on board video of my experience, which was very good and easy to receive. What a great bus to drive as my very first. It was a fantastic experience and i highly recommended. Thank you

We used them for 2 consecutive days, first one was a work trip for our group from Dublin and the second one was a day trip to Stonehenge and Bath, for the same. The minibus that took us was new, clean, driver was friendly and experienced. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the company and their services.

We got the Riverbus back from the Tower of London to Embankment - it was great fun and very efficient. The staff on land were really helpful (it was the first time we'd used the service). The staff on water seemed to be too frantic to engage nicely with their passengers. Overall, though, we really enjoyed it and would use the service again.

Booked sightseeing tour on Sunday 15th September 2019 through internet , extremely easy to do ,in return received booking details , with all information necessary for trip. My friend and I arrived at the bus at the appropriate stop , we were greeted by a employee of the company who was extremely pleasent , very helpful suggested where to go until time of departure , he introduced us to bus driver, he too was very pleasen and had time to speak to us for afew minutes. On bus we were given through our headphones suppled by company many interesting facts about the City of London ,A very pleasent two hour sightseeing tour was excellent . Price was great , good tour

Travelling to the airport is easy on National express, the number of bus and places have be reduced due to Covid-19. Half the seats have been blocked off. Driver takes your temperature with a remote device. I felt very safe. Would most definitely continue using this bus service as opposed to crowded tube system. Well done National Express

We travelled from Swansea to Victoria coach station and then got a connecting coach to Birchington-on-sea on Saturday 19th of May. We have never been to this coach station before and realised it was the day of the royal wedding so expected it to be jam packed. We were plesantly surprised to find it wasnt too busy and with an hour between coaches we had plenty of time to find our departure area for our connecting coach. The information boards were easy to read and we found our departure area in a matter of minutes. The departure lounge was clean and there were lots of staff working if people were to have any questions. We did not use the toilets as we used the ones on the coaches but a 30p toilet charge in the station is expected as all coach and train stations charge for the use of toilets these days.
