Our team did a virtual cooking class together on Zoom! The recipes and instructions were clear and we were ready when the class started. It was so much fun and I can't believe we were able to make an amazing risotto AND a tiramisu to enjoy with our families that evening. Julia, our chef, did a great job of identifying each next step while keeping us calm. She could look at our dishes and let us know if we needed a little something more or, uh oh, a little something less! The food was delicious and we really had a great time all together, despite being in different countries and different kitchens!

I booked this tour for me and my husband on a whim just to give us something to do for the weekend...and it was an excellent decision! Our guide Cristina responded to us within an hour to inquire about our food preferences and to also ensure that we didn’t have any allergies which we found to be very helpful and thoughtful. Once we met up at the designated time, she was very informative about each place we went to and she showed us some different restaurants that we may not have ventured into had we visited Verona on our own. At each place, she asked us if we wanted photos and let us take our time to marvel at everything after explaining the history behind it. We even got to see the arena which was sooo beautiful in person. If you want a tour guide that is going to show you more than just the typical tourists routes, book with Cristina. She made our experience worthwhile.

If you wish to discover a perfect blend of culture and taste, the Venezia-Verona Amarone tour will be an extraordinary experience, mixing the unforgettable monuments and squares of the historic centre of Verona, where the Romeo & Juliet balcony has welcomed thousands of tourists ever since Shakespeare wrote his famous play. The Amarone-Valpolicella tour offers the opportunity to visit vineyards located in the northwest of Verona in the Classic Valpolicella area, where sunny hills and small towns (called “borghi”) are the perfect setting for an exclusive tasting menu. The special nature of the soil allows the presence of indigenous grape varieties: Valpolicella Classico, Valpolicella Superiore Ripasso, Amarone and Recioto, among the best red wines all over the world. The particular method of production (semi-drying the grapes) - found nowhere else in the world - is the reason why Amarone and Recioto are particularly preferred by the wine lovers.

This time we have chosen to discover Palermo in a walking tour. That was our first time in Palermo and our guide, knowing this detail, made a point in explaining and making us discover the main landmarks of this beautiful Sicilian city. After that he suggested a wonderful local restaurant where we had lunch and it was indeed very good food reasonably priced and the restaurant was full of local people, which is, when you don't know a city, the best token for good quality. After lunch our guide walked us back to our cruise. Thank you very much Tour Travel for this great experience

10. Day Trip from Verona to Bergamo with stopover at Brescia

Sit`N`Trip

Bergamo's Venetian walls are both classic and opulent, with the power to captivate the sternest of men. The wall divides the city into two - the Upper Town, (La Citta Alta) which sits on top of the hill packed with narrow wandering streets, and the Lower Town (La Citta Bassa), which extends towards the plains and the major international airport. This split distinction is Bergamo's most seductive feature. Brescia is valuable and unique and the presence of remarkable historical and artistic treasures, suggestive corners and places make it a center of great interest and importance, inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

Inclusions: Air-conditioned vehicle, WiFi on board

Exclusions: Coffee and/or Tea
