A gorgeous working watermill in the heart of the rural Cheshire. A tour of the mill and a picnic by the mill pond is a delightful way to spend an afternoon for all age groups and all interests. The mill is open seasonally and has temporary exhibitions and events.

We've been coming here regularly for a couple of years, it's my girls' favourite place to play and relax. It's smaller than most play centres but certainly not cramped or crowded by any means... The sensory room is amazing.. the chill zone with ball pool and usually a movie showing is fab.. then the main playframe is great and suitable for both children and adults with additional needs. My only point to those wanting to visit is check the timetable which is posted on their Facebook site weekly as this changes all the time to suit bookings for schools, groups etc... The menu is basic but this is understandable with a small staff team, always hot and fresh!

Clue HQ is a Game/Entertainment Centre We have 5 great escape games to breakout from. End of the Line, The Betrayal of Cluetankhamun, The Dungeon of Doom, Clueston: We Have a Problem and The Teleporter. Each room has their own story which is explained to you on entry. After being locked in the room we put 60 minutes on the clock. You try to escape solving a set of puzzles, clues, finding keys as a team of up to 6 players. Will you get out in time? The games are suitable for those 8 years old and over, but has been designed for adults. We do have access for those using mobility aids but it's always advised to contact us first in order for us to give you the best possible advice.
Another brilliant experience at Clue HQ -the three of us even managed to escape from the End of the Line! Many thanks to Agent Hyper- our host was very friendly and helpful. We were really impressed with the condition and upkeep of the room, and enjoyed the style of the puzzles. It was great fun and will definitely love to return.

A fantastic local based workplace initiative for adults with (but list not exclusive) Learning Disabilities and Mental Health conditions in a beautiful scenic setting of a Victorian Walled Garden. Really easy to miss as you are driving past but certainly worth a visit for the opportunity to visit the gardens which are amazingly maintained with the history of the site always being respected. There is a shop on-site which you can visit which sell seasonal fruit and vegetables, crafts which are made on-site also through different craft and woodwork teams and a beautiful selection of up-cycled furniture. Also an awesome selection of bikes at very reasonable prices. The tea shop is a cosy welcoming sight to anyone who visits and is well worth a trip out in any weather conditions. Always buzzing with activity and the staff are really friendly and helpful.

Retro arcade centre with one entry price and all machines set to free play. Bringing the nostalgic arcades from the 80s, 90s and 00s back to life to provide an attraction for all the family to enjoy. Free WiFi available on site and small cafe / bar area serving drinks and small snacks. £8 adults, £5 under 16, Under 5s free.
We visited today with a 2, 7 and 10 year old and we all enjoyed it. Although the youngest didn’t understand how to play he loved the car games and there was a step for him to see other ones. Great value for money and lots of choice so no waiting. Cafe good price too.

With its Hall, extensive gardens and playgrounds, petting zoo, pitch and putt and other attractions this is a great place to bring young and old for a day out on a nice sunny day. Parking is cheap at £3 for the day and there are plenty of food outlets dotted around, although it is invariably cheaper to bring a picnic. Short term attractions will lighten your pocket, yet keep any youngsters expending more energy. A great place.
