Life in colonial Bermuda: museum collection includes a letter from George Washington and an 18th century kitchen, and is housed in a building built in 1700.
Was in St. George late in the season and not much was happening. Found this house museum and it made the trip. One of the oldest houses in Bermuda, stuffed with both historic artifacts and more recent memorabilia (lots about QEII's trip to Bermuda in the 1950s). The guide was a native and went over and above to describe the house, how it was built, what life was like in old Bermuda, etc. Well worth the $5 admission.

Davidrose is one of Bermuda’s premiere luxury jewellery brands, offering a stunning collection of fine jewellery and silver, as well as one-of-a-kind bridal and custom pieces for any occasion. Be sure to view our award winning Ocean collection. Conveniently located in the heart of Hamilton, you can find Davidrose year-round at its new storefront on 47 Front Street in the Walker Arcade. Or if you happen to be soaking up the sights and sounds of the historic Old Towne during the summer months, you can also visit their flagship location in St. George's .
I usually do not write reviews but my experience at Davidrose was excellent and I just had to show this business some love! We visited the St.Georges location first, it is a short walk from the ferry(5mins) we were greeted by very helpful sales associate. The view in the St. George store is breathtaking! They also have a wall of awards from 2013 to 2018 which made me feel confident in the brand. We tried almost all of the Ocean collection pieces, the craftsmanship is excellent and are very well made and the Colour of the ocean is captured perfectly. I wanted the whole collection! My group was starting to get impatient so I decided to visit the Hamilton Store the next day. The Hamilton location is on the main shopping street called Front Street also a very short walk from the Ferry. This location did not have the same view but it was very classy and modern, the two sales associates were very helpful and knowledgeable. The store was very busy but they took the time to help me decide on the piece for me! I found the Hamilton location to have a wider selection of their fine jewelry the Naudical collection is stunning and also their Gem Stone jewelry was WOW it is in 18k so be prepared to spend a bit more than the 14k. I went into this store for the Ocean Collection and ended up purchasing the Seahorse in 18k White Gold with Sapphires and Diamonds. I will be back next year!

The American Civil War from a Bermudian perspective: a museum chronicling the island's involvement with the Confederates during the Civil War.
The Bermuda National Trust tours and museums are marvellous. Up close looks at 400 years of history in Bermuda, and how this little island played important, if not pivotal roles in the American Revolution and the Civil War. Fascinating stories about the people that made a difference. Beautiful furniture, China and artefacts, and a great little gift shop in St Georges. Anyone with the slightest interest in history will enjoy hours here...

We were walking around the St. George community and found this incredible Hidden Gem...by chance. We had found "The Unfinished Church" and as we walked around taking photos the road to the right of the entrance compelled us to keep walking. A short walk up the hill and down toward the ocean we found this beautiful beach "Tobacco Bay Park". Absolutely wonderful view.

A look into the history of a famous and influential colonial family: exhibits furniture, silver, and portraits belonging to the Tucker family.
A tour of a historical home is only as good as the guide. So in this case the tour was amazing. Our wonderful guide was knowledgeable, informative, engaging and proved us with one of the highlights of our Bermuda vacation. I am so grateful that she donates her time to this Bermuda treasure. Don't miss it.

Contains a wealth of different architectural styles from the 17th century onwards; best known for being the oldest Anglican Church outside the British Isles.
If you make a donation, the docent will give you great information and a pamphlet about the church. Make sure to notice how the church is laid out. Very different

Fort turned history museum, featuring an exhibit called "Highlights in Bermuda's History."
Ask if Patrick is around when you visit — super guy who loves to share the story of the fort, St. George’s & Bermuda ????????. We spent some time talking with him and could have talked with him all day — incredibly knowledgeable and a great ambassador for his island!!
