St. Brelade, in the Jersey Islands, is home to several beautiful bays with golden sands. St. Brelade Bay is a great place for an active beach day—beachgoers enjoy canoeing, banana boat rides, trampolines and kayaking. Visit the Fisherman’s Chapel to see the perquage, a path from the chapel to the sea. Ancient law allowed a criminal to seek sanctuary in the chapel for eight days. On the ninth, he had to surrender or walk down the path to board a boat, which would carry him into permanent exile from the island.

This is a small beach on the southwest of the island. Easy to find if you google it. Beaches like St Brelade's are well developed and attractive to those who like this. But Beauport beach is completely undeveloped and very beautiful: one of the most lovely small beaches I have seen. I had to put a city in, and wrote St Aubin but it's a few miles from this.
Fantastic secluded bay, like something from Pirates of the Caribbean, we spent the morning there, deserted, my wife swam it was beautiful

This is such a little hidden gem, Reg has done so much to this quirky place, there is even a special swing for wheelchair users - the only one in the island!

The Gallery Café & Deli serves freshly cooked food sourced wherever possible from Jersey, open 9.00am - 5.00pm, 7 days a week. The Harbour Gallery Jersey, the window to the charity Art in the Frame Foundation, is open 7 days a week 10.00am - 5.30pm.
Took a family friend out for lunch at the Harbour Gallery Cafe yesterday and a look around the Gallery after being closed for 2 weeks. She was very impressed with the food and the relaxed friendly atmosphere. She enjoyed her tuna melt and I had my favourite vegan sausage roll. Afterwards we could not resist treating ourselves to a cake from the tempting display on offer as well as looking at all the amazingly crafted work downstairs. Will continue to recomend this as a trip whenever looking for a day out as there is always the gaurentee of fantastic food upstairs and something new downstairs!

Anyone with an interest in the Second World War should come here. It's a part of Hitler's Atlantic Wall, and a memorial to all those slave labourers that the Organisation Todt worked to their deaths building it. The concrete is several feet thick, so not much could penetrate the bunkers, but I would think that the concussive effect of a few heavy shells detonating on the roof would be enough for anyone inside.
