San Luis Potosí's chief city plaza.
As many have said, Mexico doesn't brag about it's beautiful plazas. This is a beautiful garden surrounded by beautiful architecture and when you take a seat, you will slow down and just absorb all the beauty that San Luis Potosi has to offer. Don't rush, enjoy the people, the food, the day. This is in the center of town and it's lovely.

This city plaza is surrounded by numerous historic landmarks.
Here's another great spot to take a seat, plan your day, people watch, take in the history, the trees are lovely. Enjoy your time in this great city that is fairly unknown to USA tourists. Maybe that's why I love it.

They are not always open so be sure you get a right day and time. It's in the center of city so it's no loss if you have to return or wait. It's a wonderful museum. I love seeing the different masks of Mexico.Staff was friendly and the museum shop was great with many locally made crafts.

Out of all the places we visited in the area this was the most touristy and accessible, so relaxing to sit under the waterfalls and feel the refreshing waterfall on you, there was small rivers and old stone arches around felt so magical and peaceful, watershoes are a must there are restaurants and restrooms unlike some other nature landmarks in the area

As I slowly walked through the exhibition of massive sculpture by Fererico Silva, I felt like I was in a major art museum in a big city. The building is interesting, too; the architecture adds to the works of art. I'll include a photo of a narrow stairway down to a lower level and the ground-floor entrance beyond.

Old building with great history, good expositions in the museum and they are always adding new stuff and events. It is an activity to do with the family, friends or just solo.
