Highly recommend to escape the madness at the port, walk 100m to your right and go here, the guys are very friendly, give the best advice on how to best organise your day . We were a group of 11 (7 kids) so we booked the day before and followed their advice to arrive early. They even threw in a bucket and spade without asking. Thankyou for making our trip easy and very enjoyable. Keep up the good friendly work!

The Fondation, created in 2000 under the initiative of Édouard Carmignac, will open to the public in Porquerolles, a Mediterranean island often compared to a floating forest on the sea. Visitors will discover contemporary artworks of the Carmignac Collection in the beautiful surroundings of a national park, along with temporary exhibitions, a sculpture garden, and a rich program of cultural events.
After taking the ferry to Porquerolles as part of the experience, the fondation is only a 20 min walk from the dock, eat in the port and continue up the road to the foundation. The brand new structure belong in the land like an old Provençal farm, yet when inside the light filled galleries that connect to the outside will move you with it's simplicity and modernity. Every turn in the building will reveal the exterior architecture and the brand new gardens. The collection including Bastia's fallen angel are showcased so naturally, you feel every piece of art belong.

Wonderful beach really worth the walk or the ride ! Water is turquoise and crystal clear, and the sand pretty comfy.
