Nha Trang is best known for its beautiful sandy beaches. But visitors will also find amusement parks, mud baths, golf, and the historic Po Ngar temple complex, as well as a variety of hotels and restaurants. Adventurous foodies can sample bun cha ca, a soup made from sailfish and jellyfish.

Long Thanh's photographic repertoire is unique as its wide-ranging. His landscapes are often moody, contrasting the natural beauty of Vietnam with the continuing struggle in people's daily lives, while Long Thanh's portraiture captures the essence of the Vietnamese people, especially his high-contrast pictures of old people who have witnessed more than their fair share of tradegy over the generations.
We had a wonderful experience in this gallery, fantastic photos and a wonderful photographer, he was very kind and helpful.

Mai Loc is one of Vietnam’s best-known photographers. He works largely in black and white, and his award-winning images are simply stunning. His gallery is hugely worth visiting – just to browse his amazing photographs on the walls is an experience in itself, and if you wish, you can buy them in a sizes ranging from postcard to poster. Mr Mai is there in person. He’s a quiet man whose English is very good, and he has great stories to tell. My partner and I booked a morning photographic trip with him, which was undoubtedly the highlight of our Vietnam trip – he took us to see the arrival of the fishing catch, and to villages where we met local people, not least a couple of women who made the conical hat that’s such a ubiquitous sight throughout the country. He also offered advice on how to take the best photographs and get the most from your camera. Do visit Mai Loc’s gallery in Nha Trang; you certainly won’t regret it. And do think about taking one of his tours… for me, an unforgettable experience.

The Po Nagar Tower is the name of the main temple in a complex of Cham towers on a knoll at the river-mouth of the Cai River, 2km north of Nha Trang City. Nowadays, the name Po Nagar is usually used to refer to the whole complex.
Only needs half an hour. Lovely grounds. Less then one USD to enter. Worth a visit. Learn a bit about the Cham people of southern Vietnam.

We went with friends on recommendation and are definitely passing the recommendation on. We took a package with private room for mud bath and mineral bath followed by massage and a very nice lunch near lovely pools with waterfalls. The mudbath is AMAZING... the floatation property of the liquid mud made it feel like we were in space - 4 of us floating in a small pool was hysterical. Haven't laughed so much in years. By the time we left we were so relaxed we could have slept. Highly recommended.

Perched some hundreds meters high on a mountain, visitors to this off the beaten track pagoda will enjoy a nice view of the green rice fields and orchards below. There is two pagodas with the first one reserved for nuns and the second higher one for abbots

That’s a awesome place! The area includes a nice path to the waterfalls, the waterfalls themselves, cafe, bungalows, some food stands, a swimming pool, water activities, bathrooms. It’s all very well kept and nice to be in. The entrance fee is 100.000 dong and for this you get to enter the waterfalls area and to the swimming pool and do water activities. The waterfalls are beautiful, there are 3 areas they call “lakes”, make sure to make it to the last one. The all are great though. The water activities include SUP boards, zorb, kayak , catamaran. You can also swim in the swimming pool and lay on one of the hammocks. So if you have spare time this would be a nice area to chill. We got here before 8 and there were security guys who won’t let us in because the tickets office wasn’t open yet. So come at 8 - there might be tour groups coming. The good here is a bit expensive so better come after having food somewhere else

A long cable car ride to Vinpearl across the sea. It was comfortable efficient and provides stunning views of the surrounding area. We came back at night and the views of Nha Trang were superb well worth the trip.
