Resident only beach, not suitable for advertising on Trip Advisor, which is aimed at visitors, right? Not a problem in the off-season, which is when I was there to watch the waves come in from Cape Cod Bay and crash on the wide beaches. Dogs allowed this time of year. . You pass a lot of beautiful homes on the way here.

This is a can’t miss stop in Dennisport! Wonderful chocolate creations, delicious fudge, and fun kid’s candy novelties. They have some of the most exotic truffles, amazing chocolate covered cranberries, and gift boxes for every occasion. This is a fun place for the whole family!

This place is temporarily closed. The highest point of land on Cape Cod, the view from this stone observation tower sweeps across Cape Cod Bay to Provincetown.
Nice and clean, well maintained and kid friendly! Bring a good camera and a bunch of lenses. The ponds and oceans are just breathtaking.

This Art Deco theater dates back to 1930.
This vintage movie theater is one of my favorites for entertainment on the Cape - they always feature interesting films, mostly independent and sometimes international. The building is classic with a huge mural by artist Rockwell Kent stretching across the domed ceiling and they've recently refurbished all the individual art deco style seats from the '30s which are really comfortable. They even pop their own popcorn which is so rare at movie theaters.

CCMA is a gem off the beaten path. Nearly impossible to find but once you do it’s wonderful. 7 galleries on 2 floors in a lovely building. Museum was founded in 1984 & expanded & relocated over the years to it’s present location. Costs $10 & worth every penny.

With so many incredible beaches on Cape Cod, this will hit the highlight mark. Beautiful horseshoe shape and an incredible food stand, which is run by local market. Food is worth the trip too.

This is a nice clean beach, and the parking lot is right up the stairs. Lots of families here, so it's a safe spot to enjoy the mild surf.

We are always amazed at the beauty of this beach! This particular night the tide was so far out that you could walk to little sandbar islands! We laid out blankets and had a wine and cheese picnic while waiting for the sun to set. It a magnificent spot. Clean , powder soft sand, parking.. definitely worth a stop now that the season is fading and clouds have dispersed!

Beautiful beach! We had a lovely time with our young daughters looking for shells and smooth rocks. The waves were perfect and the water was refreshing.
