Proudly located in the seaside city of Westerly, Grey Sail Brewing of RI is southern Rhode Island's premier microbrewery equipped to produce up to 4,000 barrels of handcrafted beer per year. We are open for tours and tastings every Saturday from 1 to 5 p.m.
Grey Sail Brewing is an awesome local brewery located in downtown Westerly. It’s hidden back yard bungalow is the coolest part! Not only do they offer delicious wood fired pizza and live music, they are dog friendly! They also offer local wine on tap if you’re not in the mood for beer. The staff is very friendly and kind. I’d recommend this for any visit. The backyard games, including a bocci court, corn hole, dart board, and board games keep the party going! I’d highly recommend this as a go to location for a good time!

We went on a Friday night....we were finishing up our RI Beer Passports. After a stop at another brewery and only one more stamp to get we decided to hightail it here and complete our RI beer experience. Well this place was jamming with people, buying presents and beer to hold them over. The staff here is what makes it fantastic. We went for a tasting which the beers were out of this world good. They took the time to stamp us and give us our victory beers. Truly a great experience. We will be back but maybe at a less busier night. This is a must in the Bucket!

Smug features a variety of beers, IPA, double IPA!, a great raspberry sour, and more. It's an on-site brewery/pub, so your beer will never be fresher. Comfortable seating, fun and games, and visiting food trucks make Smug a great spot to enjoy a brew or two.

This place is no joke. It is a great family run farm brewery that makes AMAZING beer. They have a tiny little brewery in a barn and the crank out some of the best IPAs and Pale Ales around. When you visit you are on the owners property with their kids playing and their dogs roaming around. Grab a few pours and hang out. They usually have a food truck. Grab some cans to go. They do have flights. They do not currently fill growlers. A bit tough to find if you are not looking. A sign at the street gives you the only indication that there is heaven just a few hundred yards down a dirt road thru the woods. Check the hours before you make the trek. Also the RI state law is in effect for can limits. 1 case pp. The brewery usually puts limits on cans as well as they typically sell out each week.

High quality, innovative beers, born in New England and brewed with passion. We partner with local businesses to develop distinct local flavors -- like our White Electric Coffee Stout -- and we brew all of our beer at Brutopia in Cranston, RI or Cottrell Brewing Company in Pawcatuck, CT. Take a brewery tour and try exclusive brews at our tasting room in Cranston.
Spent an evening with friends eating wonderful food (PREMIUM pub fare) and drinking a variety of quality suds. Service was attentive and friendly, and the food menu was varied and tasty. One non-criticism...they need to print up some t-shirts with more of the incredible artwork gracing the beer cans. I'd frame them and put them on the walls of my man cave.

Wanted to try the Guild and finally got there late on a Saturday night. Loved the feel of the place. They had indoor corn hole and there were a lot of people there. We found a spot at the bar and had a couple of beers before the 11 close time. Bruce, our server, was awesome. Friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. After a couple of questions and tasters, I settled on the Handline Kolsch. Crisp, flavorful, and cold. Great tasting beer and I ended up having two of them. My son and the white IPA which he enjoyed. Grabbed a 4 pack to bring home for the Super Bowl. Great location, nice people, and awesome Beer!!
