Beer Monkey Brew Co. was founded in June 2017, with the brewery consisting of a Bavarian steam powered stainless steel 30-barrel brew plant with 8 conical fermenters & conditioning tanks. The brewery was created to satisfy the increasing demand for specialist nice cask, keg, can & bottle ales, packed with character, flavour. All our Ales are brewed on an artisan plant utilising the high-quality Yorkshire water sourced from our very own borehole sully. This gives us the flexibility to create new and exciting beers on a regular basis to a consistently high standard. With a wealth of knowledge, our passionate brewing team ensure that all our beers are brewed with the upmost skill & attention to detail. The tap room was launched in August 2018 to showcase our beer and run brewery tours to the public about us and the brewing process.

T&R Theakston Ltd is one of the oldest family breweries in Yorkshire and home of the legendary Old Peculier Ale. Visit this historical brewery in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales town of Masham. Experience first hand the craft and skill that goes into brewing our beers, the brewing process is built on almost two centuries of tradition, passed down through five generations of the Theakston family.2013 is a very special year as not only are we celebrating the 186th year of our company's foundation in 1827,but also ten years since we bought the brewery back from Scottish Courage and once again became a family owned independent brewery. Have a pint of our legendary beer in the Brewery Tap - The Black Bull in Paradise, names after the original inn, the Black Bull, where Robert Theakston first brewed our legendary ale and also the site where our brewery stands, once known as Paradise Fields. We always have six differnent Theakston Ales available on tap including our famous Old Peculier served from wooden casks. There is plenty to do and see including the Cooper’s shop where the cooper crafts the wooden barrels – one of the last remaining working cooperages in the country. Leave plenty of time to browse the gift shop full of ‘Peculier’ souvenirs and other Yorkshire delights.
We love this place. The tour was great and informative and the bat is a delightful little place. We had 6 different beers included on the price of the tour which was a good way to try them

Immerse yourself in the world of Black Sheep and join us at our brewery here in Masham, North Yorkshire to enjoy a beer experience that you’ll never forget. Our Visitor Centre is sure to keep you entertained, where you can enjoy home cooked food, tours around our historic brewery, an opportunity to buy some merchandise from our Sheepy Shop and of course, enjoy a range of freshly served beers poured by our trained in-house staff.
Alan our knowledgeable guide made the brewery tour really interesting and trying the Black Sheep real ales was an excellent conclusion to the tour of this historical brewery set in the breathtaking Yorkshire dales. The bistro and the gift shop were really high quality and I would highly recommend this experience to beer devotees

We were staying locally at Cropton cabins and looking for something to do on a day where the weather had let us down We were very pleased to book this - Bob the tour guide was an excellent host, very welcoming, knowledgeable and engaging and we spent a very enjoyable couple of hours on the brewery tour and then trying the beers in the bar afterwards, where brewery staff were also very chatty.

Micro brewery with shop and bar, we brew our own craft beers onsite and welcome you in to see us in action and enjoy our beer.
Great friendly place with plenty of sitting areas. Beer is fantastic apparently but us girls left the men drinking the beer whilst we had a little shop. Lots of soft drink choices, prosecco etc if you don’t fancy beer.

Rooster's Brewing Co. is an independent, family-owned brewery established in Harrogate in 1993. The taproom & beer garden serves sixteen different beers brewed onsite, across cask & keg, as well growler fills & takeout cans. Wines, ciders, gins & soft drinks also available. Food is available at weekends, with the kitchen hired out to a different street trader on a rotational basis every week.
Came across a banner advertising this place on a walk by Crimple Woods and called in. Superb selection of beers, ciders and wines and a very friendly welcome. Lots of tables outside and a relaxed atmosphere. Not an obvious location but a very pleasant place for a couple of pints. My new local. I wish them every success.
