100% employee-owned & operated. Brewing unfiltered ales and lagers in Burlington, Vermont since 2002. Visit our Tap Room where you can enjoy a sample flight or pint, peruse merchandise, or watch the bottling line run from our viewing hallway. Tours are available on Saturdays by reservation.
We brought our dog, who was excited to meet the other pups. We also ordered chili dogs to accompany our beers. I mean- if that doesn't do it for you, why are you going to a Vermont brewery?

Dropped in for a tasting. They have a pizza joint on site also. They were not doing tastings this day but the bartender set us up with 2 x 6oz. samples each, for $10 so that did the trick. Great beer...tried the Yorkshire Porter (similar to Guinness), smooth and "coffee" notes Hefeweizen - light, Oatmeal Stout - heavy, chocolate notes. and Schwietzen (Saison) - light. Note: across the street from Zero Gravity Brewery...get a 2 for 1 !! All I/D!

I visited this brewery a few times when I was staying up in St Albans and I have to say I was more than impressed. First of all, the beer was excellent. I'm not sure I tried one that I didn't like. Interesting combinations and great flavors - truly fantastic. The service there was always excellent - the bar tenders extremely friendly and helpful. They have a great set up now with getting food from the restaurant next door and you get the impression this place is always trying things to improve their business. They also have some fun live entertainment outside in their beer garden. I can't recommend this place enough and love that it is a veteran owned business as well. I bought some beer to take back with me when I left VT, which I am looking forward to enjoying.

Celebrate the Earth. Four Quarters embodies the cycle of life, the journey that each ingredient makes on its way to your glass. A seed, carefully planted and nurtured, growing with the energy of the sun, Earth, wind, and rain. The fruits harvested, later release their seeds, and the cycle of life starts again. When Four Quarters creates new beers, it’s celebrating the Earth and everything that grows within. Our logo shows the moon phases, which encapsulates this cycle, present in every living thing. The hope is that by thoughtfully crafting each and every beer with this cycle in mind, as well as the purpose of every ingredient used, the brewery can pass to its drinkers not just a glass of delicious brew, but its passion, its love, and its thankfulness for all things in the natural world.
This location is off the beaten path & worth the trek. It's a small startup brewery with a tiny bar & short hours but the passion for beer is evident & fun to see. NOTE: Nothing but beer on the menu so prepare accordingly for non-drinkers.

Visited while exploring Burlington's breweries, across the street from Queen City Brewery, so got a 2 for 1! Great beer....they have both I/D and O/D seating and lots of it, O/D pation will be great in spring and summer months! Though I'm not sure of parking, didn't seem like they would have enough?

Oval Craft Brewing is a small microbrewery located just off the national historic US Oval. Oval Craft has fine crafted ales and lagers for the craft beer enthusiasts. The atmosphere is relaxed with great vibes.
I had a fantastic time at oval brewery . I enjoyed the firehouse atmosphere. I would recommend the ruby red ale . Having retired and visited easily 60 or 70 breweries . I would put this in the top 10 .
