Formerly 8-Bit Brewery, we're a production brewery with a taproom for our visitors to enjoy our beers. We're located in Building F in the Northwest corner of the complex.
Stopped in for a beer and the owner Ryan was manning the shop. I love going to these small breweries and talking with the owners. This brewery has a great selection of beers. Try the IPA. The tap room has a classic video game motif. Have a beer and play Mario.

I enjoy sours and everyone of the ones I tried here were excellent. My husband enjoyed their IPAs. We do not live in Arizona and like trying local craft breweries. This was our favorite on our trip.

In a 4x4 we were exploring Tonto Road, a dirt road that runs between Williamson Valley Road and Iron Springs Road in Skull Valley, AZ, approx 30 miles end to end. Off Tonto Road there are ATV trails, a place for outdoor target shooting, beautiful sprawling ranches, mountain forest, incredible boulders and on this afternoon there was a pond formed by the recent 6 weeks of monsoons...the pond was filled with tadpoles and tiny frogs, dragon flies and butterflies, truly magical. About 9 miles from the Iron Springs Road end there is a brewery!!! A sign on the dirt road welcomes the traveler to Barnstar Brewery. All beer, about a dozen, are made on premises Monday through Friday and served Saturday and Sunday 12noon to 5pm. We ordered a flight to sample the different brews before selecting our favorites. There are outside and porch seating areas all over the property and inside seating in the main building, sofas, chairs, tables, bar stools and 3 friendly dogs that live there. Several patrons also had dogs with them. They also serve a limited menu of pulled pork sandwiches, brats, hot dog, potato salad and cole slaw, chips, sodas etc. In addition to the dogs there are 2 miniature horses (mom and son) and they have carrots for the kids to feed them. Really a fun place to spend a couple of afternoon hours. Super friendly owners and staff. The Manager was the especially nice and helpful with information about the area.

Grab the sampler (all 7 available beers for $15) to figure out your favorite, order some vegan chili from Roka or a bratwurst with a side of Frito’s, chat with the friendly barkeep, go upstairs to drink your beer outside near a heater, buy a souvenir glass for $5, and howl with the locals at 8pm—a perfect date night in Bisbee.

Sit within a working craft brewery located on Historic Route 66 while sipping pints and enjoying conversation, the fire pit, or a board game. The Brewery and Tap Room offer pints, tasting flights, packaged beer to go, growlers, and brewery merchandise (t-shirts, glassware, tin signs, etc.). We partner with Pizzicletta so you may enjoy award winning Neapolitan style wood fired pizzas from 5:00pm to close daily. Tours occur at 2:00pm on Sundays, or by appointment with advance reservation by calling or emailing the brewery. We are family friendly with dogs welcome on our patio. We look forward to your visit to our family, employee, and community owned brewery. Independent, Local, Arizona - Mother Road Brewing Company
What a great place to get a beer and some good eats. Friendly staff and a great selection of beer brewed right there. Indoor and outdoor seating with a short Covid wait we were seated in 10 minutes. A food truck right there cranks out the food which was darn good. Order food and beverage inside get your beer and sit at your table. Your food arrives shortly thereafter.
