Based in Canmore, Alberta, RMA enables adults and children with physical, intellectual, cognitive, or developmental impairments to participate in all the fantastic sports and adventure activities available in the beautiful Bow Valley (including Canmore, Banff, Lake Louise and its surrounding areas). We offer an abundance of Winter and Summer activities and programs which enable children and adults with disabilities to experience the our many sports and recreation. We have seen first hand the benefits of participation in sport and recreation in our programs. These benefits go further than just the social aspects of equality and inclusion, extending to personal benefits that include increased independence, self esteem, strength, coordination, mobility, health, and the general well being.
