Tagaytay secures its place on most Philippines itineraries with its location above Taal Volcano's active crater. Views of the crater lake and a refreshingly cool climate make the town an enticing destination—not to mention the famously unfinished People's Park in the Sky.

We had a wonderful stay in Lee Boutique Hotel. The room that we got in was a 2 bedroom suite with sala, small dining area and 2 rest rooms which is almost comparable to rooms in 4 to 5 star hotel. Room ambiance was so good, our kids even preferred to eat meals inside the room instead of dining out. The beddings are so soft, smooth and smells good that we're able to sleep comfortably. Its just an overnight stay and we can say that we've got the relaxation that we wanted. Thank you Lee Boutique staff for nice accomodation. We will surely consider going back to this hotel on our next visit.

We stayed Jan 12 to 13, 2020- The front officer (Michael) is very accommodating and really friendly. The Inn is great with beautiful flowers. The room given to us is spacious and clean. Very simple yet comfortable and relaxing. Sadly, the eruption of Mt. Taal happened during our stay, it is scary but we decided to stay because we're more scared to travel and risk our safety. Their is no electricity but the good thing is there's water, emergency lights and the room is still cold. We feel safe and michael always attends to our needs whenever we ask for help. So it's still a good stay. I rate four stars for the Location & accommodation. I rate five stars for the service of Michael Suggestion: I hope they have a generator in case of brownouts.

PROS: Location: this Is akong the highway and almost right beside Mar-Ben Bulalo resto and other local famous bulaluhan (beef soup) restos. Breakfast: quite ok since I kind of expected the Set Menu. You Will choose between typical Filipino breakfast like tapa (marinated beef strips), pork or Chicken Torino (sweet), longanisa (local pork sausage) and bangus... all served with Rice, egg and coffee/tea). We ordered tapa and tocino, Not bad. Staff: all very polite and helpful Room: big, maybe around 20 sqm. I am Not a fan of their bed though, a bit too firm for my taste, and has a memory foam feel. CONS: Shower: very low water pressure. I wasnt able to shampoo my hair because I think I wont be able to wash it off completely ESP of you Will use a conditioner. Wifi: limited to reception area, would have been ok but I couldnt stay long because of the mosquitos). Only 2mbps - very slow. Price: might be because there Is a holiday during my stay that I paid a premium price (₱3500 or $70) but I find it a bit overpriced. Rating This 3 because I Will probably stay here again only if the water pressure Will improve (at least x 3).

I don’t know how many stars this hotel is rated but it’s by far one of the best value-for-money hotels in Tagaytay. You’d expect prices to go up for Christmas and during this lockdown because hotels would want to recover quickly but not this one. Their packages are so reasonable - full room and board. The food is very good and not mediocre at all. Even if it’s plated, they didn’t skimp on the serving nor the plating. The pizzas are sumptuous! The crust is super good. They make their own bread/dough. There’s a variety of selection in the menu. The rooms are very clean. We stayed at the villa. It’s a loft with a queen bed and a foldable sofa bed and a single bed. There’s a small dining table and a receiving area with tv. Great for families. Bathroom area is big too and has two sinks. The shower and the toilet are separate from each other so there’s need to be crowded. A hotel with a bidet always gets plus points! We’ve stayed here a number of times before. The other rooms are good for 2 people only. The hotel is pet-friendly too! Staff are very polite and helpful. I also commend them for following IATF guidelines in not allowing kids below 15 and seniors over 65. Just a few things that may be improved on - a small fridge in the rooms, longer kitchen/restaurant hours, some form of communications device from room to front desk, etc., heated pool (it was too cold to swim). In sum, though, this is a good place to stay at to relax.

Alfonso Hotel opened in 2005 and is a family-run hotel. All 21 rooms come with air-con, hot and cold shower and cable TV. Wi-fi is accessible at our lounge. Our rooms are relatively spacious, the smallest being 25㎡. Cleanness, efficient management and personalized service are the most important features of our hotel. We are a popular destination for guests attending weddings as we are in close proximity to chapels and churches.
We had a family reunion at Splendido Estates located just across this hotel. Instead of going home late at night, we decided to get rooms here. It was a very short stay but the hotel served its purpose. Price is fair. The hotel is very clean. Continental breakfast was part of the rate. The surroundings was quiet. It was a good rest for us. Most importantly, the room was very clean. It does resemble an old motel but a very clean, respectable one. I would stay again to rest if needed rather than book in more expensive hotels.
