Hotel calmo e tranquillo….. lo consiglio vivamente. Spero solo che bel tempo lo standard rimanga questo. Complimenti anche al personale sempre molto disponibile

Reviewed By BuNawafI chose this property because its new and very clean. They still have no food service, no cafe nor kitchen. Very clean building, but the room cleaning service you have to call for it!!! The owner of the building was at the front desk and it was great service, but he have to keep his eyes on the other employees!! He location was remarkable with easy access to town, airport, many shops and restaurants, with a good service of delivery from its staff.

Reviewed By idhaiffسيء جدا جدا جدا من ناحية النظافة، دخلت الغرفة والأرض فيها شعر، واضح لم يتم تنظيفها.. السرير فيه بقع حتى بعد التغيير الغيار غير نظيف وسبب لنا حكة.. الحمام مافيه مناشف وبعد ما طلبنا مناشف تاخروا نص ساعة وجابوا منشفة واحدة فقط، الغرفة لا يوجد فيها تلفون..المكيف سيء، الثلاجة لا يوجد فيها ماء، الميزة الوحيدة الانترنت سريع... طلبت إلغاء الحجز واخذوا سعر ليلة إضافية ومارجعوا لي المبلغ بشكل مناسب..بكل أمانة زرت أكثر من ٥٠ فندق بحياتي وهذا يعتبر الأسوأ او قبل الأخير... لا تنخدعوا بتقييم بوكنق لهذا الفندق

Stayed for a business trip in NEOM
Reviewed By alonsojordi2Despite not being in NEOM, it’s a few Km north, it is a great option to stay and have trips through NEOM. Very friendly management and crew, amazing beach for snorkel and excellent dinner. They have a speed boat they day I webt, abd tou can get into a rubber support that is accelerated and was great fun.

Horrible place to stay.
Reviewed By colinrJ4030FFMy family stayed at the Hasco Diving Resort on March 30-31, 2021. Hasco Diving Resort is uniquely located, about 20 minutes' drive south of Magna. There is nothing else near to it. Positive: The breakfast buffet was simple but very good, with lots of fruit. Negatives: Hasco Diving did an amazing job at getting me to pay for the most expensive room (a Royal Suite) and then informing me (when we arrived) that it was unavailable. (I got an email some days before we arrived stating that we needed to pay the full amount in order to reserve.) When we arrived, the Royal Suite was occupied. The management "upgraded" my family to two significantly smaller units (109 and 108) which are actually made of prefabricated sheet plastic/metal. In the wind the walls and ceilings roared and creaked. None of us got much sleep. We also did not get the jacuzzi or the nice balcony and view that we paid for. I asked Hasco management on site and the Hasco person who contacted me by email for a refund of sorts. Hasco has a convenient excuse. One of their main communicators is supposedly a different entity - Hasco Tourism. They are Hasco Diving. The pool is also bone dry. Do not expect to be able to use it. The thing is, there is nowhere else nearby, so Hasco knows you will take what they offer. I was extremely disappointed by Hasco choosing to take advantage of me, not offering any compensation. My advice for Hasco is simple: * Do not go there unless you feel you need to, due to your trip itinerary. * If you must go, do not pay in advance. This was a key mistake on my part. * Only reserve the smallest rooms. This way, they cannot try to "upgrade" you into smaller room. All around, a thoroughly disappointing experience. Fortunately, we were only here for one night.
