So decadent that insects are coming out from the aged and dirty moquette of the corridors. The bathroom in the room is not simply frugal (which would be ok), but crappy and decadent. Linen are clean, at least. I would say that you should go to a Formula1 instead, it is by far more fair!

Hotel Chut is a charming hotel with a contemporary style located in the heart of Strasbourg’s Petite France district. It offers free Wi-Fi. Rooms vary according to size. They are all fully equipped with flat-screen TV, silk quilt covers and modern bathroom. Hotel Chut offers a peaceful interior garden and reading room in which to relax. Guests can also enjoy a drink in the bar before dining on the terrace of the hotel’s restaurant. The hotel is surrounded by pedestrian streets and boutiques. It is just 5 minutes from Place Kléber and 600 metres from Strasbourg train station.
The stay was booked and paid through Hotels.com but upon check-out, the staff who did not speak English charged us for the stay again. Support from Hotels.com did not help or convince the staff that the stay was in fact paid and the hotel management did not respond to calls from the staff. The hotel later confirmed that the money was incorrectly charged and explained that the mistake was due to change of ownership. Two months later we are yet to receive the return of money and the hotel no longer responds to e-mails but claims that the previous owner ''Ms Henriet'' is responsible. The ownership of the hotel should be irrelevant when booking through an agency. The procedure seems to be deliberate and I guess you run a good business when you can charge guests double.

Booked via another site. Arrived 5 Aug. Hotel has evidently been refurbished recently and rooms very, very nice. In a quiet square 5 mins from the bridges over to Grand Ile. You could use tram but main sites such as Cathedral are 10mins on foot. Easy to park outside for short stay or loading; long stay car park an easy 5 mins walk away. Reception is presently being operated from the hotel next door; staff very friendly and could not be more helpful. Thoroughly recommend this hotel. (Can't comment on other facilities as we had had to change our plans and it was a flying visit in the end)

Our hosts were absolutely lovely and friendly, and the apartment is decorated impeccably. As for cleanliness, it left something to be desired. The kitchen was a mess. Our shower would not drain and hadn't been properly cleaned in some time. Our bed was huge, but the mattress wasn't the best. Our breakfast was very simple - toast, granola and some jams, but the milk had gone bad - for which they apologized profusely! However, it may be a sign that they don't host very often, and it doesn't seem to be a primary residence. You'd be better off eating in town anyway, you're in France!

Positives: Good location 5 minutes from city center, clean room with kitchenette. Experience with staff is mixed. The lady in the evening was not that communicative. But Mattias who was there in the morning was awesome. He always greets you with a smile, asks if you need anything, helps you in every possible way he can. Negatives: The check in and out times are a bit awkward. If you’re here for a day, you are checking in after 17:30 and checking out at 10:00, which is roughly a little more than 16 hours for a day’s price. For most of the accommodations, it’s around 20 hours. So we would recommend the owner to revise these timings.

We stayed with two children in a studio with 2 large double beds and a kitchenette. The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance from the hotel. Even the main train station (in case you do not have the luggage) is relatively close. Le Moon seems recently renovated, everything is new and clean. For families, it is important to know that in the basement you can find laundry and drying machines. The old town is just across the canal. There is a good choice of patisseries and restaurants nearby. The owner and the lady at the front desk gave us great tips on where to go for our meals and which other places we can visit that are close to Strasbourg (medieval town Riquewihr). We felt very welcomed.

Near Strasbourg and Obernai, in the middle of Alsace, in a peaceful village, you will find several rooms, familly suite and a flat. 3 bed and breakfast and 3 furnished flats of tourism surround a courtyard which was a little farm built in 1839 and entirely renovated. Prices for 2 persons with breakfast : from 65 € to 75 €.
Very idyllic bed & breakfast hotel not far Away from Straßburg. Mrs. Schadt is a perfect host and makes you feel like at home from the beginning. The rooms are very clean and very nice decorated. Dogs are allowed and always welcome! Breakfast is good, we just missed some egs or more fruits. We definitely come back, we really enjoyed our stay there.

In the heart of the historical district of the Krutenau, Fabienne and Claude welcome you to their beautifully renovated house where they have fitted out five spacious and comfortable guests rooms. Every morning they share a delicious, sweet and traditional Alsatian breakfast with their guests!
I was supposed to stay for 2 nights, but I only stayed for 1 night - I chose to leave because of many reasons: - there is no reception - you have to call a contact person and hope he's close by to come and welcome you, check you out, or for anything else - they only have 1 key / room, so they force you to leave your door key on the common hall where there are also other keys - so no security, no surveillance cameras, no room safe box. I was expected to leave my laptop inside the room, specifically been told I could also just not lock the room door, but if I do it, to not leave the key out of the hotel, with the explanation that it's a safe house and there are only other 10 guests accommodated - A night's cost was 125 euros (breakfast included) and strongly feel it was too high a cost for what the room looked like: the floor made sounds at every step (plain long wood planks), the bed sheets where a dark maroon which didn't feel clean, no direct sunlight as the windows would show a small 'garden' created between 4-floor high buildings (I was on the base floor). Also no TV, and wifi had max 2 lines reception so it was almost useless - In the room there were a lot of paintings and pictures - while I don't like dolls (they were both in shape of pictures and 3D ones) as these ones look creepy, one of the painting was of an animal which had earrings in both ears representing crosses, but the cross were upside down (like a devil sign). Same for other picture which seemed to actually represent a devil, but whatever - while I was talking to the contact person face to face in English about my belonging's security and the key issue, he also talked in French (which I understand) to two house keepers I believe saying 'she's asking about security and the key, like someone could stole - she's Romanian' and laughed to them and them back to him - so here it's also a racism issue, which was the main trigger of the checkout He was very defensive. I only gave this hotel a shot because it's small and wanted to encourage them, but now I am at a 4-star hotel with less money and I can only tell there is no comparison in how great the new hotel is.
