Saint Augustine is a luxurious, romantic vacation spot—you’ll find classic hotels and intimate restaurants. Those can be a dime a dozen, though. What sets Saint Augustine apart is its history—it’s the oldest European settlement in the U.S. And nowhere else in the world can you taste the waters of the Fountain of Youth Archeological Park (where Ponce de Leon may have landed). Who knows, if you vacation here, maybe you won’t need that Botox!

Located in downtown St. Augustine's historic district, directly on the water, this St Augustine bed and breakfast, Bayfront Westcott House, was built in 1880 as a private residence for Dr. John Westcott who was well known for his prominent military career, interests in transportation and politics, and research efforts in the cause and cure of yellow fever. He was a land surveyor for the St. Johns Railroad (whose tracks spread from the San Sebastian River to Tocoi) and was a heavy hitter in the development of the Intracoastal Waterway that links the St. Johns River to Miami. The house changed hands a few times over the years and saw its fair share of soirees amongst St. Augustine's elite. In the 1970s, it was converted into a guest house and has been entertaining tourists and travelers ever since! Today, Bayfront Westcott House is a 16-room, full-service bed and breakfast. Every room has a private entrance. Most rooms have a Jacuzzi tub, electric fireplace, and outdoor sitting area.
This place is over-the-top in quality, service, friendliness, cleanliness. The staff is so professional, yet warm and friendly. This is walking distance to most everything we like to do. Views of the water are awesome. Breakfast by Chef Myra is consistently super delicious and beautifully presented. A real treat each morning. We would never chose to stay at any other place but the Bayfront Westcott when we come to St Augustine. In the past we tried others, but this is home away from home.

Cedar House Inn Bed & Breakfast is located in the heart of St. Augustine's historic district. Recapture the elegance of the charming Victorian Era while enjoying 21st Century amenities at Cedar House Inn. Romance and History come alive at this beautifully restored 1893 Victorian Home.
We visited the Cedar House Inn for our 40th anniversary. Everything was perfect from the location, setting, food and staff. (Susan, Margie and Jonathan) Comfortable room and having a private door to come and go as we pleased was nice. We parked our car at the Inn and never had to use it again except on our excursion to see the lighthouse and Atlantic. A sweet treat and drinks were always there waiting for us.

The St Francis Inn is an historic bed and breakfast with Old World charm, located in the nation's oldest city, St. Augustine, Florida. Individually decorated rooms and suites grace the inn, many with whirlpool tubs, fireplaces, and antiques. The peaceful walled courtyard garden is a favorite place to unwind. Gourmet full breakfasts, private balconies and porches, swimming pool, bicycles and evening socials add to the ambiance. We are also pet friendly. We have 9 pet friendly rooms, when booking make sure to ask for one and we will gladly assist you!
This charming Inn is one of the oldest in St. Augustine and is located very close to the historic downtown area. Close enough to walk to most points of interest, yet far enough away where you can relax in the evening and enjoy your stay. The staff is extremely pleasant and great at making their guests feel right at home. The Inn is quaint, comfortable and adds the perfect touch for your stay in historic St. Augustine. It is also one of the haunted attractions in town so make sure to ask about the history or do some research on your own. Try to hit the Social Hour, grab the dessert of the day reserved for each room, and the morning breakfasts are great. All in all, this is one of, if not the BEST Inns in all of St. Augustine. If you haven't tried it at least once, you don't know what you're missing. And if you have tried it, you may never stay anywhere else when you come to town.

This house was perfectly charming, conveniently located to the historic downtown. The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the fresh baked cookies every afternoon was an incredible bonus! We stayed in the Amethyst room which is located on the side of the house with private entrance and it's own private courtyard. The room was beautiful & the modern bathroom with large jetted tub added the best of both worlds. With the room being vintage & spacious with beautiful wood furniture, perfect trinkets along dresser. Vintage wine glasses with a bottle of wine in a crystal decanter. This place is heaven! Would highly recommend making this your next stay in St. Augustine.

The Inn is located in the very heart of the historic district and steps away from three of the most important landmarks in St. Augustine FL: the Alcazar Hotel, circa 1880 (now the Lightner Museum), the Ponce de Leon Hotel, circa 1888 (now Flagler College), and the Hotel Cordova, circa 1887 (now the Casa Monica Hotel). A two block stroll will take you to the Ancient City's center and Plaza de la Constitution. Great dining options such as the Ice Plant, Preserved, Cafe Alcazar and many more are within minutes of the Peace & Plenty Inn. Retreat into our quiet neighborhood or walk downtown and bask in the city's vibrant nightlife. Guests enjoy the best of both worlds without sacrificing ease of access for quiet repose. Our lovely walled garden is the ultimate in romance. It features fountains and a cozy pergola. The best part of Peace & Plenty Inn is our wonderful guests. Onsite parking, complimentary Wi-Fi and full American breakfasts, made fresh and served daily, are some of the great features.
The owner Sejal is a very hostile and rude person. As soon as I found out that the facility has an age limit— under 14 years old are not allowed, I tried to cancel my booking immediately. Booking.com contacted her many times to request cancellation, she didn’t respond. When we arrived the Inn, we tried to talk to her about finding a solution. She yelled me over the phone said lots of things insulting me that a parent should know where to take their child. She outraged most of time. I understand there are rules of running business, but she didn’t respond to our request timely. She said she was with her family as an excuse? Vice verse, you are a hotel business owner, were you suppose to respond to your work? If she responded on time, we can get a confirmation, in this way, we won’t be in a situation of arriving at the hotel with a 2 year old baby with whole day of traveling, and ended with having no place to stay, no money back.

We visited in May 2022. This is a really great Inn located in easy walking distance to the old town and attractions. Pat is very accommodating and helpful. The breakfast each morning is unique, healthy and delicious and served in a beautiful setting in the back yard complete with a Koi pond and a pointer named Kenzie who loves to show you where the geckos are! The room was perfect. Parking was offsite but a very short walk. If we come back to the area, we'd definitely stay here again.

The Centennial House was our first B&B experience and I would not change one thing about it. The house is so cute. The breakfast was delicious. The house and room was very clean and neat. The bed was very comfortable. Felt like I was sleeping in my own bed. Rose and the rest of the staff took great care of us and were very sweet! The location of the house could not be more perfect. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted (restaurants, shops, tourists locations). When we come back to St. Augustine, we will definitely be staying at the Centennial House.

Immerse yourself in the heart of St Augustine's historic Old City district while you relax and rejuvenate at Casa de Suenos Bed & Breakfast Inn. Personal service and abundant amenities make for a delightful stay. Each comfortably appointed room has individual personality and character, as you would expect in a residence built over 100 years ago. Private baths and other modern comforts are charmingly incorporated to make guests feel right at home. The Mediterranean styling of the casa, with archways, palladian windows, tile roof and open balconies, sets the stage for serenity and coziness. Breakfast at the inn is an experience in itself, with a hearty buffet served in the sunlit dining room, overlooking the awakening Ancient City streets of Saint Augustine, FL. Evening social hour is a favorite time for meeting other guests and sharing tales of your visit. Free guest amenities abound, making a stay at Casa de Suenos B&B truly a dream. Many guests never touch their cars after checking in, since the Inn is so perfectly situated for exploring the nation's Oldest City on foot. Within walking distance from the Inn are fabulous restaurants, historic sites, museums, art galleries, unique shops, ancient cemeteries, attractions, 11-blocks of pedestrian-only traffic, and a multitude of tours. Stroll to Castillo de San Marcos and other historic monuments, catch a sunset cruise along the Bayfront, walk among millions of twinkling white lights during the holiday Nights of Lights celebration, and gaze at the opulence of nearby Flagler College, built as the magnificent Ponce de Leon Hotel in 1888. Tour the Old City from a horse-drawn carriage or step-on trolley, delight in seafood specialties at exceptional eateries, and sample local wines and spirits. There's always something special happening in St Augustine's Historic District neighborhoods surrounding Casa de Suenos.
A delightful stay. We didn't take advantage of the daily wine/beer at social hour but did do a bit of the complementary cream sherry! All staff we encountered were more than accomodating and always with a huge smile. I am a vegetarian and even though cereals, yogurt parfaits, granola, toast/English muffins and fruit were available daily for breakfast, I was always asked if I would like eggs vs. the meat dish offered for the day. It's the "little" things that make a difference and the Casa de Suenos provides a plethora, all adding up to a wonderful experience.
