Maso Coler is a 3-floor building: on the ground floor we find a multipurpose room (breakfast room, relax room) and a kitchen; on the first and second floor there are three wide bedrooms. The familiar management ensures you the greatest warmth and helpfulness.
I was traveling alone, a couple of years ago to be honest, and this place still holds a special place in my heart. Although we did not speak very much of the same language, the hosts were still MORE than accommodating and extremely helpful. Maso Coler is nestled in the alps in a very remote location and is a trek to get there, but well worth the entire journey! Access to hiking trails and wildlife is all around!! The local Malga just up the hill is also filled with the warmest and extremely kind people. They were most generous as is just a lovely family run business. The food is also delicious!!! Thank you to everyone who made my 3 night stay so memorable!!

Probably one of the more difficult hotel I have ever stayed in, wanted to pay up front as needed to set off early in the morning which created quite an issue of which I was lost for words. Room was clean & adequate but a building sight directly outside the window. They did have secure parking in a garage for my bike. A good point to note is the hotel is not actually where Garmin or Google Maps indicate it to be & is set well back off the road & took quite a bit of effort finding it.

A wonderful family run hotel that has just been refurbished. We have stayed here for many years. The rooms are spacious and well equipped and have a great rain shower. There is also a spa and sauna on the top floor. The restaurant serves amazing food and I would recommend the veal scallopine. The breakfast is very generous and has lots of variety. The hotel is located very close to the ski region of Passo Del Tonale. Dulia, Augusto and family know how to look after you.

What a great place. By pure luck i found this place and what an experience. Good service by Fabiola, her family and staff. We felt welcome from the very first minute we arrived. We had 1/2 pension with good traditional Italian food both morning and evening. And good wine as well. Even the transportation to and from the lift system was arranged well and not a problem at all. Even the lift system is 10 minutes drive away. Good ski area in Folgarida and Marileva and the lift system is pretty new. So, all in all a very good experience for a father and his 2 teenage kids.

Raffael, the owner is a fantastic person trying to do all he can to make his guests happy. Rooms are quite small but you don’t need much more. Kitchen annex is tiny and have plates, glasses/cups and basic cutlery. We had to buy the knife that is sharp enough to cut some veg/bread. No microwave or kettle. Breakfast is served daily for a charge but we found it a bit poor in choice and horrible instant coffee served(in Italy that is famous from fantastic coffee ritual) so we never came back The internet is less than poor. I had to work during my stay and been put in big trouble not having an internet access that is reliable. The mobile reception is also poor so forget about getting your internet from the phone hotspot. Every afternoon/evening there is an entertainment in the bar-club for children and games for adults-very nice, however we were not informed about them every day and we missed couple of fantastic activities. Room was a bit cold as well so if you have a chance take a tiny fan heater with you. And remember the sockets are Italian so don’t forget the adapter. The area is quite poor with choice of restaurants/bars/shops, but if you have a car worth going to villages around. For skiers, plenty slopes but also millions of people so queues to the lifts were enormous
