We provide modern facilities such as netflix wi-fi, hot showers with good pressure, an open bar; a library with travel guides and large music catalog; the gym, laundry, and a fully stocked kitchen for you to fix your meals. Our breakfast is freshly made, abundant and delicious. We are here to make your stay memorable and we don’t rest until our guests say Hakuna Matata.
I stayed at Yambi for about 2 weeks during a solo trip to Rwanda. I am so glad I chose to stay with them! The staff was so kind, helpful, and accommodating. Everyone was so knowledgeable about the city and gave me great recommendations as well as taught me how to navigate circulating around Kigali. I stayed in a private room which was spacious and clean. The property is safe/secured a d well situated, not far from the main areas in the city, and easily accessible via moto taxis. They were also able to help me book some excursions including a Gorilla trek and a trip to Kibuye. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you to all the lovely staff at Yambi!!

We had two great nights here, before our gorilla trek and then after it. Our shoes and boots were mud encrusted when we returned from the trek and staff greeted us with free foot massages and they cleaned our boots/shoes. Mine looked new afterwards and I thought would have to throw them away. The food was really good and their lounge was pleasant as a place to hang out, have a drink and eat popcorn. The rooms are beautifully decorated and each has a fireplace. They will build a fire any time for you, but at dusk they put a fire in the fireplace and furry hot water bottles under the sheets. Being cool here at night, it was great to slide into bed and find the sheets warmed. The whole place is comfortable and friendly. I highly recommend it. This lodge is right next to the new Dian Fossey Visitor and Research Center, a great place to visit.

A full-service hotel ideally located in the heart of downtown Kigali. Over the last 34 years, Gloria Hotel has maintained a good reputation towards our guests. Friendly, 24-hour staff go out of their way to make your stay in Kigali perfect. They’ll arrange tours, tickets, dining and more to make your stay memorable.
This is a great local hotel located in the local part of Kigali and therefore you are in the middle of the town with a market just behind the hotel and a lot of local shops around, the service is great, people with a smile and always prepare to help, rooms are ok, a few issues with the shower but the view from the balcony to the Mt Kigali is something - Overall this is a good place to stay if you stop in Kigali for any sort of trip.

A secure, peaceful setting opposite Kanombe airport, a-la- carte 24 hour restaurant. En suite rooms with hot showers, queen size comfortable beds, spacious rooms. Free airport pick-up, 24 hour reception with friendly, top-notch customer service with 24 hour room service and well stocked bar. Free car-parking with 24 hour security. Lovely garden atmosphere.
A much awaited improvement. Professional service with a smile. The new F&B manager Aime goes the extra mile to ensure that all is well. Rooms are clean and food is delicious home made. Takes time so order in advance. The weekend music is entertaining but if you prefer quiet take the rear rooms.

Top View Hill Hotel was the perfect place to stay for our visit to Nyungwe Rainforest and chimpanzee trekking. The rooms/chalets were nice with fresh flowers from the garden, a fireplace that was lit when it got chilly and hot water bottles in our bed when we came back from dinner. The staff were very professional and friendly. The food was good and they packed a nice breakfast for us when we had to leave really early for the chimpanzee trekking. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere with gorgeous views over the rainforest and hills. We highly recommend staying here!

I visited this hotel twice, one time only travelling and one time working. For both occasions it has everything you need. It's currently managed by a German couple, who are very helpful and want you to have the best time on your trip in Rwanda. They gave me many insider tips on visiting the caves, the volcanoes national park and other places in the country, organized a bicycle for me and many more. Since they own a restaurant for 30 years in Germany, they make sure that there is excellent Western and Rwandan food. In the whole hotel there is Wifi and they have hot showers. The rooms and beds are very comfortable, the hotel area is very green and they are conscious about sustainability issues. I can definitely recommend this place and wouldn't visit any other hotel in Musanze.

We spent one night in Virunga hotel, that is located is a noisy road The rooms are well equipped and clean. The beds are comfortable. Food is good. The major concern is that the hotel is not located close to the Volcanoes national park headquarter, from where gorillas and golden monkeys trekking begin. Thus, you have to wake up earlier to be in good condition for the general briefing regarding gorillas and golden monkeys trekking!!!

Amahoro Guesthouse is a quiet and secluded accommodation in Musanze former Ruhengeri. The house is just a couple of streets away from the city main street with easy (5min) walk distance of restaurants, shops, and banks. We have two double rooms (B&B) en-suite (private bathroom) and three twin bedrooms with three beds (B&B) (shared bathroom). The guesthouse has a lovely little private garden and outdoor veranda. The kitchen is spacious and guest are welcome to use it anytime. We offer continental breakfast that is always included in the rate for the room.
I had a wonderful experience and the staff was very efficient and helpful. Close to restaurants and well located in the City Centre. I travelled by local bus from Kigali so it was easy to walk to the lodge. This is a good base for doing activities in Musanze and it doesn't cost an arm and a leg- especially when doing the Gorilla experience as a add on. Highly recommendable. Definitely Home Away from Home. Looking forward to my return visit!

Rwiza Village is a resort built at the shore of Lake Kivu in Kibuye (West Province of Rwanda) with local materials and with the contribution of local artisans. It operates since 2013 and has been mainly offering accommodation (self-contained cottages) Accommodation: beautiful Rwandan style decorated rooms with stunning views of the green gardens and Lake Kivu. The sound of the birds and the waves lapping the nearby shore soothe you to sleep in a peaceful environment. Our rooms combine perfectly tradition and luxury and are equipped with toilet and hot water showers. Restaurant: our menu offers an excellent selection of Rwandan, African and international dishes to suit the choice of our guests.
One of the affected area by this pandemic is travelling. I was forced to take my hiatus somewhere closeby where I don't need a flight to go to another destination. It turned out good anyway because I did not regret visiting this place. I stayed in one of their cute wooden cottages or some call it huts. There is no AC because you won't need it. Being close to the lake and having the floor elevated from the ground gives a good ventilation and circulation of cool breeze. You may get a good walking exercise if the cottage assigned to you is at the far end because the restaurant maybe is at the other end. There is no other restaurant close by the vicinity. If you will stay for few more days, I suggest that you bring enough drinking water because the resto closes at 10pm and they have small bottle water only. The shower has cold and hot water. You may need to bring your own shampoo and conditioner, only soap is provided. The internet is weak in some areas but they are in the process of improving it. The cottages don't have television...yes, you've read it right. No TV. Well, for me this is not a big issue because it helped me relaxed my mind and destress from all that's happening around the world. In the morning, you'll be awakened by the chirping of birds around the area. In the afternoon, it's so satisfying to watch the sunset. In the evening, it's so serene! All the staff are friendly and the service is very good.

We have Wood cottages with fire place inside, double rooms and twin rooms with private bathrooms and hot water. From the rooms, the view on the Nyungwe Forest National Park, the tea plantations and the mountain is amazing. We have a restaurant, an outdoor fireplace and a private parking. Security guards 24/7.
Rooms are at the top of a steep walkway, which was a challenge for our grandmother! Comfortable cabins, beautiful views, excellent service. We had our meals brought to our cabin to spare grandmother the steep walking path. Great tour of the tea plantation, thank you Josie! Buy the local Nyungwe honey from the little shop just down the road!
