Lose yourself in colorful Terra Murata, a walled medieval town that’s perched staunchly on a hill. There you’ll find the 15th-century Palazzo D’Avalos and Abbazia di San Michele, an 11th-century Benedictine abbey. After your tour, scoot down the steps to charming Corricella, then unwind with a poolside cocktail at the magical Maresia Solarium.

Good location near one of the smaller mariner on the quieter side of the island Lovely big garden to relax in or have breakfast, although the umbrellas and outdoor furniture need replacing Black sandy beach and nice restaurants nearby On a convenient bus route that runs across the island, although depending on the night, rooms can be a bit noisy as there is no double glazing Comfortably rooms with a few minor maintenance issues Adequate Italian breakfast and friendly staff Not the best and not the worst, although the place definitely needs some money spent on it

I stayed at I'sola Del Postino by myself while waiting to join friends for a sailing trip. The Rooms are comfortable, modern and very clean. Mirko is a fabulous host. Nothing was a problem for him to make sure I was comfortable. Procida itself is a gem to visit. I would love to come back in summertime!

Giovanni da Procida House is a small hotel risen by the restructuring of an ancient farmer's house of the XVIII century. House GdP is surrounded by a beautiful rich garden of orange and lemons. Besides date its position is a lot of easy to surrender him to the pleasure walks, to the discovery of a cultural and natural landscape. It is easily attainable with few footsteps the vulcanic sand beaches of island.
Very disappointed, at 1st glance all seemed well, however when we tried to take a nap after a long morning travelling the beds seemed damp, and on closer inspection we noticed a large damp patch the full height of one of the walls. When we complained we were offered another room in a similar sorry state. The owners response? "We knew about the problem but thought I would go away on its own!" Needless to say we promptly packed our bags and found alternative accommodation. Bad start to our 1st family holiday, would be better off pitching a tent in the hotel grounds.
