Reviewed By 651kentwAs soon as you enter the property, you will have calmness , the rooms are cosy with great big beds. you have to do a walk to the river with the host, it is amazing to have this walk thru coffee plants. Morning coffee on the terrace is with birds singing, calmness all there :)

Reviewed By Tiffany KNo hot water. Uncomfortable beds. Very young staff seemed not to have any experience in hospitality only able to help with the very basics. Wifi is poor so we had to sit outside to use it. The rooms and bathroom are in poor condition with broken skylight and dirty walls needed painting. The location is fairly close to the plaza but is on a busy street. It's quiet in the rooms above 200, as they are more interior. There's a sitting area in the third patio area that has good wifi. Unfortunately everywhere else has very poor wifi.

Farsela a piedi è comunque un po' scomodo, il km sembra davvero di più. In 15 minuti a piedi si arriva comunque in centro a Popayan, senza problemi. Buono il wi-fi, ambiente pulito, camere comode e personale cordialissimo. Colazione un po' scarsa.

couldn't sleep because of the disco next door. avoid this place.
Reviewed By PsicadeliumI should have spotted the disco next door before checking in. Avoid this place if you want to get a good night of sleep. Not happy about personnel not warning me about the disco next door. There are many nicer and quieter places in the centre of popayan. Stay clear.

Reviewed By Leidy Yohanna NDebí hospedarme en el sitio por cercanía al centro y me pareció un buen lugar...la infraestructura del edificio buena, el servicio al cliente muy bueno...pero hay 2 cosas a mejorar...la primera es que cuando entré al baño se evidenciaba como si no se hubiese hecho el aseo del mismo, hasta el inodoro estaba sucio, el lavamanos, y por consiguiente pareciera que no hubieran aseado bien el baño: creo que es importante que mejoren eso porque es un lugar que requiere mayor cuidado en el aseo ....y como segunda parte que se evidencia descuido de los armarios, viejos, poco cuidados, sin manecilas para abrir, suenan las bisagras: deberian revisar el estado de las habitaciones ya que el precio pagado fue elevado debido a fechas celebracion de semana santa y las instalaciones no son las deseables. Gracias.
