This really old fashioned hotel really needs a renovation. The prices are way too expensive for the offered service. Especially the breakfast is awfull, even for chileanian standards. My recommendation: Don't go there.

Arriving in Pichilemu without a reservation, my husband and I stopped to inquire at the Hotel Mar y Vino. We were shown a beautiful, spacious, sleek, clean, well-appointed room and snapped it up immediately. We decided to stay an extra night, and couldn't have been more pleased with our choice. The hotel is in the town center, within walking distance of many good restaurants. The breakfast was varied, fresh, delicious, and the staff super helpful and friendly.

Casa Silva's winery Boutique Hotel is one of the most refined and elegant destinations of Colchagua Valley. The charming family house beside the old winery at Angostura Estate, where four generations of the Silva family lived, is now the residence of their boutique hotel. The colonial-style home has been delicately decorated by Francisco Silva and is the ideal place to connect with the culture of wine, Chilean traditions and all the peacefulness of the Valley's countryside. Its seven comfortable rooms are perfect for relaxing and enjoying a romantic atmosphere.
Casa Silva delivered all we'd hoped for in charm, grace and service. It's a beautiful old home--well maintained--with a very helpful staff. The nearby winery is beautiful--and the food there and on the hotel property, excellent! The hotel is well-situated for visiting vinyards, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

Ruka Lobos is a hotel, built with the best materials available only to comfort best our clients needs. We are located in a quite area, only 5 min by car from Punta de Lobos and 10 from pichilemu, if you are looking for a place to disconnect but still be close to everything you are at the right place.
Ruka lobos is an excellent place for couples. The location is great and peaceful. It's a very short drive distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. The room is well equipped and everything works as it should. The private hot tub is awesome! The breakfast is simple but as expected. It's served in a basket outside the cabin so you can eat it on the bed, outside or wherever you like. The only thing we didn't like was the floor of the cabin that wasn't in perfect condition but I don't know if all cabins have the same problem. The terrace could be improved with more comfortable furniture. Overall it was a great stay.

Our hostel is a warm and cosy place with a privileged location only a few steps from the centre of Santa Cruz, heart of the Colchagua Valley. Come and enjoy the best wines of Chile, wonderful gastronomy and outstading service in Cepa Noble Hostel.
We have stayed here several times over the last few years.....and it has always been very satisfactory. Last week week we booked to come again with friends...who have also stayed at this hotel with us a couple,of times. We were slightly puzzled when we booked over the phone.....as the person who answered seemed ‘puzzled’ and uncertain .........indeed almost asleep! Anyway when we arrived we discovered that the price has been hiked up to quite a lot more than we used to pay.......so we left and returned to another hostería we have used before So.....be careful.....check the price before you stay. We certainly won’t be back.

Made this booking via credit card on booking.com and it had free cancellation until March 29th. On march 3rd I receive a WhatsApp from Loreto at the hotel to say I must wire transfer the full balance immediately in order to keep the reservation. It was 2am in my location and I told her I would try to do it the following week but she kept insisting for the money. I told her I did not feel comfortable as it did not match the terms of my booking with booking.com and she told me I would be travelling during busy dates and there would be no alternative for me. Luckily I immediately found something else which actually seems nicer and I’m positive we will be treated better. Terrible customer service from Entre Viñas

Located en santa Cruz center , six blocks to the Square , Casino Santa Cruz and Colchagua Museum , and three blocks to Boulevard La Posada Our hostel offers excelents facilities, beutifull garden with swimming pool and private parking. We have free WiFi in all the rooms and common areas
Casa Calfu is one of the very few places operating at this COVID moment. Patricio Abello is taking all precautions in order to provide top service with all the sanitary protocols in place. This is a cozy hideaway inside of Santa Cruz with a lovely, vibrant garden. The room is perfect for two people and the bed is very inviting with all cotton sheets. Bathroom is spacious with gorgeous towels and very fine soaps. The Spa was not working due to Covid but I am sure it would have been great. Breakfast was perfect starting with the punctual knock at exactly 09:29. Fresh strawberries, scrambled eggs, hot croissant and hot water for instant premium coffee or tea. The previous evening greeted me with much appreciated fresh fruit and very good drinkable tap water. Patricio is a gracious host and full of information about the vineyards of Colchagua. He waxes nostalgic about the events they used to have. In the meantime, he can recommend food delivery services at this moment as most restaurants are not functioning in Santa Cruz. I know we are all itching to be able to travel, visit, stay and taste the excellent wines of Colchagua and now is the perfect time to plan and book. See you in the vineyards!

I am a huge fan of the Vik hotels, and had been looking forward to staying at Vik Chile. I'm not sure if we caught them on a completely off week, but I was shocked at the low level of service. On the bright side - the property is stunning, the rooms were cleaned regularly 2x a day, and the food, when it arrived, was delicious. However, it was very unclear throughout our experience who was actually running the hotel. It would take 45 minutes for a drink to arrive, and it was a bit weird to order this through a whatsapp vs. a bartender. Additionally, we called ahead to let the hotel know someone in our party had food allergies; we were repeatedly served food that had the allergens (even after reminding the waitstaff at the beginning of every meal). We did not have this issue anywhere else in Chile, and it made the whole experience stressful. Would not recommend this property to anyone with food restrictions. After complaining to the front desk the third (!) time we were served the wrong food, we did meet the manager, and they comped our lunch the last day. I'm surprised we did not meet anyone earlier (generally in Vik properties, a manager would be on site at all points). I'm hoping the hotel figures this out because it is a very beautiful corner of th eworld - but would ask detailed questions about staffing before booking for anyone on the fence about the price (which is high!)
