The building of the hotel complex was built immediately after the war, in 1947-1948. It is noteworthy that hotels have always been located here - beginning with the very first, "North". But in the beginning, the house was built as a residential one - for employees of various departments. For those times he was the "last squeak" of comfort and prestige. For which he was awarded a high award, a prestigious architecture prize. The current hotel complex "Khabarovsk", was opened on October 24, 2005. It includes a hotel of 42 rooms: Single, Single, Twin, Apartment, Suite, Delux. And as a restaurant for 60 seats and a summer cafe for guests. The cozy rooms of the hotel are always ready for the warm welcome of our dear guests. Convenient location in the central part of the city, will satisfy the interests of businessmen, tourists and guests of the city of Khabarovsk.

Staffs are very nice and accommodating. There is a strange smell in the restroom perhaps from the water pipe because the water doesn't drain quickly while taking a shower. Breakfast is good. There is a supermarket nearby.

Well, since Komsomolsk doesn't have a city center, it's totally unimportant where your hotel is. This hotel is in a walking distance from the main station, that's a plus! The stuff is very helpful and speeks english as well. WiFi is ok for russian standards. Although I was told I could check in at 7:00am and I arrived at 8:00am I had to wait an hour till my room was ready. But sitting in the lobby having finally WiFi again made me being ok with that.

I stayed here one night after over two days on the Trans-Siberian railroad. Khabarovsk isn't known as a hot spot for hotels, and since it doesn't have a hostel yet, and the sleeping rooms at the station didn't appeal to me after my long journey, I was glad to have found the Erofey nearby. The hotel was nicely lit and modern, and everything appeared new. I chose the economic room, which was decent sized, clean, and inexpensive. The bed was a single, but comfortable. The room was equipped with a TV, fridge, and kettle. The bathroom was tiny, but was stocked with decent amenities and plenty of towels. The shower pressure was strong, which was great after several days of roughing it! The hotel was quiet, which was a plus. The rooms look exactly as shown on the hotel's website. Breakfast was a separate charge. The onsite cafe was just "okay". There aren't really any cafes nearby, so unless you go to the stolovaya inside the train station, or venture out to the popular part of town, you're somewhat stuck. I didn't rent the sauna, so can't comment on that. The area near the train station appears a bit rough. Not to worry though, as a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe walking around at night. The hotel definitely stands out as new and modern from its surroundings. Another plus of staying here was that I was registered for no fee and without any problems. The staff speak basic English. Overall, my stay was very pleasant.

Quirky and very inexpensive hotel reasonably close to the train station. Staff were keen to ensure that I didn't go hungry as I was leaving very early so they presented me with a packed breakfast on the day of my departure. The show stopper is the swimming pool--how could I refuse their offer to have a swim at 21.00 on a freezing February night? The pool experience was enhanced by a light show and a steam room. Spasibo bolshoe to everybody!
