La nostra struttura si trova in località Francolini, a 3 min. dal centro di Folgaria, e a 20 metri dall'impianto di risalita per le piste da sci della Ski Area Alpe Cimbra. Inoltre siamo a 18 km da Rovereto e 28 km da Trento. Si può usufruire del servizio di deposito sci e del noleggio dell'attrezzatura presso il noleggio sci convenzionato che si trova a 20 mt dalla struttura. Offriamo servizio di bed and breakfast.
