Reviewed By Vipin Knice hotel, good location, delicious food with good rates. Buffet breakfast menu is a bit let down, more options needed. Hotel 10-15 min away from Railway station also. Peaceful location. Rooms were a bit small. WIFI service was good.

Reviewed By MebiswajitBed, furniture & toilet were very dirty. Staffs were not trained. No wifi. Not even drinking water was there in room. Very basic hotel. Rooms were specious. Very limited TV channels are available. Intercom was out of order. We have to use our mobile for asking of any kind of room service. Food was satisfactory. Huge improvement needed in service...

Food too was good. It accepts debit and credit card. Station is not to far from the hotel so is the dhanbad market.

Reviewed By Priya1416Please! Please! Nobody should ever think of booking or going to this hotel. The most unprofessional hotel. The reception person was horrible. I did my booking through booking.com after taking confirmation from hotel. Suddenly, at night when I reach the reception person says your booking is cancelled. Moreover, there were drivers sleeping on floor in reception of which somebody outsider coming and saying the person is drunk. It was a nightmare going to such hotel. The hotel name can’t be seen properly. It’s located in extreme corner. I somehow managed with different arrangement in other hotel. But, anybody going please cancel your booking. This hotel is worst of all. No professional atttitude, pathetic quality of service. Thanks.
