Named after the Balinese word for "sweet and pleasant," Legian Beach is a popular destination for sun worship and water sports.
I have a soft spot for Legian Beach. It remains true to its roots, it's a great place to hang out, watch the sunset, try your hand at surfing, grab something to eat, grab a massage, do some shopping, it hasn't changed in years and that's what I love.

Seminyak Beach is a beautiful white sandy beach situated in north of Legian Beach. The white sand stretching 3 km from Tuban area has made it a fascination for tourists to visit this place. Seminyak Beach is favored by the great wave that is ideally for surfing adventures hence many surfers visit this beach to conquer the waves and enjoy the surf adventures.
Recently stayed at Double-Six Hotel and was able to see the daily early morning cleaning of the beach by tractor. Great beach for walking, scenic, lots of activity and some great beach restaurants and bars with bean bags to relax in and enjoy the music in the evenings.

Pandawa Beach is located in Kutuh Village, South Kuta District, Badung Regency; around 3 km from the famous Nusa Dua area and Uluwatu Temple.
This beach is called Pandawa beach as you can see the idols of Pandawa's across the road facing the beach.. The beach is clean and have good current and sometimes barred for swimmers as the waves sometimes are nasty.. During the entrance,, view from the top gives good picturesque view.. The beach also have an entrance fee.. Overall nice view with clean water,, less crowdy,, nice sand,, awesome views and if you want little thrill during swimming on beach,, this beach is for you..

At high tide the waves are strong and it is hard to surf for a beginner. At low tide it's good to learn and you can get a local instructor there. Don't expect any great details from him, but he'll tell you which wave to catch and point out the rocks in the water. The sunsets are beautiful. No calm swimming here. There's one warung and sunbeds with umbrellas you can rent. Great spots for pictures.

best place to eat seafood in Bali! seafood is super fresh and lots of variety too. lobster, crab, squid, mussel, fish, you name it! you must first go shopping at the market for the seafood and bring it to the little cafe to grill it. only cost 30.000 rupiah per kilo to grill it. really nice and fresh taste and unbeatable price!! definitely will be back!!
