I spent Christmas Eve here with good friends, the singers were brilliant as was the atmosphere! Not being from the area I was really touched by how friendly everyone was (customers and staff). It was a fantastic night. I also had the pleasure of having Christmas dinner here with good friends. Wow, value for money is an understatement!! The manager Margaret and her team should be so proud of themselves, they really worked their butts off! Thanks to you all for such a fantastic day....I can’t recommend this pub enough ????

Beautiful place, beautiful beer, nice atmosphere. And good example of difference between “that” and “this”.

Dropped in yesterday while on a walk with my grandchildren. My first visit back there since lockdown. The young lady behind the bar was super friendly and made us feel very welcome. The boys really enjoyed the new play equipment. Next time we'll be back for food.
