Every neighborhood in San Francisco has its own personality, from the hippie chic of the Upper Haight to the hipster grit of the Mission. The Marina district boasts trendy bistros and postcard-perfect views of the Golden Gate Bridge, while Noe Valley offers quaint and quiet boutiques. Wave hello to the sea lions at Pier 39, and sample local cheese and charcuterie at the Ferry Building. Sit in on a yoga session in Dolores Park or marvel at the Dutch Windmill across from Ocean Beach.

A great corner bar, located South of Market at the corner of 7th and Brannan. Mars have two large outside patios. All food is sourced locally, organic where possible, most items prepared fresh in our own kitchen. We have a very friendly bar staff know for making great drinks. We are able to host private parties and events. In the summer, we have Sunday house music parties and Salsa dancing on the outside patio. People Love Mars Bar. We have been here a long time and treat everyone like family!

Met some friends for drinks and lunch one beautiful October afternoon. The weather was bay perfect. I had two shrimp tacos (on flour), outstanding, Vern and one friend enjoyed the chili bowl, and one had a chicken salad. It wasn't crowded but all precautions were in place. No inside dining.
