Collette Parker is a fine lady and a hell of a cook. Go to Red Ground and see her. If you want to have lunch or dinner at her place, give her a shout on Facebook and she'll cook you a fantastic meal for a reasonable price. She is an excellent hostess. She also gives back to the community. She has the coldest Red Stripe with the warmest smile in Negril. Collette's Bar is a must-visit when you are in Negril.

February 2018 Luciano concert was excellent! The African drum show before the concert was outstanding. Staff was very friendly! I definitely can't wait to return next year.

We have been going to this bar and have know the owners since they were in old location down near Coco LaPalm. This is like a small town bar, where the owners (Rob and Maureen) have your drink ready even before you hit the bar. May locals also hang out here too which makes it fun to visit and see them year after year. We love this place and the hospitality they provide. Every so often you might catch Maureen singing! Great live music on a rainy Friday afternoon. Finished a couple, three buckets of Red Stripe listening to good live music.
