Such a great craft beer store! My husband and I stumbled upon it after eating at The Bearded Pig and we felt like kids in a candy store. They have a great selection of beer in every type you could want, including IPAs, lagers, ales, meads, ciders, sours, and others. We ended up getting two assorted six packs, where we picked out twelve individual beers, and it totaled around $50. Although their prices are a little steep for to-go beers, we had a great time looking through all the unique and local beer selections. We'll definitely be back and have enjoyed the beers that we picked out this time! This is a must visit for any craft-beer lover.

Highly recommend Sidecar bar and V's Pizza. Good menu, drink selections, pricing and in walking distance to the Hilton hotels -if you're staying in the area. Their wings and pizza are fantastic! One of my "go to" spots while travelling in downtown Jax.

We always come here to catch a beer, see neighbors, play a game or two of corn hole, before we head across the street for a movie. Alewife normally has a wide assortment of beers on draft and available to you as well in cans or bottles. The two ladies that run the shop are HUGE dog lovers, so dogs are naturally welcome. They are also heavily invested in the 5 Points Merchants association, so ask them what they think of all the changes in the area.
