We visited The Second Fiddle on the first day (Thursday) of CMA Fest. There was an awesome band playing there with a fiddle player which is one of my favorite instruments in a band. We didn’t eat there but only had drinks but the waitress was very friendly. There was a great vibe to the place!

We love to go to Layla's when we go downtown for great music. We were lucky to be there when Layla was onstage playing. They had great young talent come on stage to sing with them and put on a great show for country and bluegrass music. This place never disappoints and they are in the business for the music and musicians, not for the over hype of Nashville and tourists. Best place to go to listen to real music and enjoy a cold drink.

The Big Bang is Nashville's only dueling piano bar featuring live, all-request music every weekend. Find us on stage at Dick's Last Resort on 2nd Avenue in downtown Nashville. It's a sing-along, dance-along, drink-along kind of party!
We ate at Dick’s Last Resort (same location) before the show. Good food and rude wait staff were great. A lot of fun for our whole family of seven, including five kids from 13-20. The musicians in Dueling Pianos were extremely talented. The music was phenomenal and we loved singing along. If you are looking for a change of venue and music, this is it. We would go back again and again.

Came here to change up the afternoon and be a bit quieter than Broadway and still be casual. Nice selections of cigars overall but mainly of their own brand. The staff was helpful in picking out a cigar, lighting it and a cut. Getting a local distillery recommendation for a pleasant rye was also appreciated. The place is comfortable the staff was terrific and lets you relax in a pleasant atmosphere to calm down from Broadway
