Starting with the sommer of 1993 the artist Lucia Condrea opened in Moldovita (Bukovina, Suceava- Romania) a museum that bears her name, unique in Romania and maybe in the world, having in mind the artistical value of the exhibits. The museum contains over 5500 exhibits, artistically disposed on the area of the two levels of the building in 56 display cases.
It was so intresting to step in a history of traditional eggs, usualy made by the local before Easter. But Lucia colected here a lot of intresting eggs all over the world and also a personal and impresiv colection. After you enter you get a reportofan and you have the oportunity to listen the history of everything that it is in side. If you near you should defenetly go and visit this museum!

Located in the heart of the Old town, close to Gilda theatre and Diverta bookshop, the museum invites you to travel back in 19th century to discover a lovely interior. I liked the furniture, the Oriental room and the elegant dresses that can be worn for a photo shooting.

The Cucuteni Eneolithic Art Museum is unique in its theme in Romania, being at the same time a museum of history and art, which houses the most important collection of Eneolithic art in Southeastern Europe. Housed in the most beautiful building in Piatra-Neamț, declared Historical Monument by the Royal Court. Here is the International Cucuteni Cultural Research Center. How the museum is organized: The museum contains very old exhibits, from 4500 to 6000 years ago. The beautiful, painted vessels are fascinating. On the ground floor is the hall dedicated to decorative art and a hall dedicated to the history of the Cucuteni culture research. There are four categories of pots, probably cultic: crowns, binoculars, horticultural vessels and supports and columns. First floor are objects of the Cucutenian decorative art. There is an international interest in this museum and there is even a waiting list for archaeologists who want to come and visit the exhibits at Cucuteni. In the short time since its inauguration, the Cucuteni Museum has become remarkable by its uniqueness and spectacularity becoming one of the most appreciated and visited institutions in Romania thus contributing significantly to the affirmation of the city Piatra-Neamț as an important cultural-scientific and tourist center, both in the country and abroad. Visit schedule: 10:00-18:00 (April to September) 9:00-17:00 (October to March) Monday is closed. Address: Ştefan cel Mare street, no. 3, Piatra-Neamț Phone: 0233 226 471
