The city of spas offers an astounding array of baths, from the sparkling Gellert Baths to the vast 1913 neo-baroque Szechenyi Spa to Rudas Spa, a dramatic 16th-century Turkish pool with original Ottoman architecture. The "Queen of the Danube" is also steeped in history, culture and natural beauty. Get your camera ready for the Roman ruins of the Aquincum Museum, Heroes' Square and Statue Park, and the 300-foot dome of St. Stephen's Basilica.

Virag Judit Galllery and Auction House

The Virág Judit Gallery and Auction House is primarily specialised in presenting and selling high quality Hungarian paintings from the 19th and 20th centuries as well as Zsolnay ceramics. The Gallery organises three auctions yearly, where the careful selection and the limited number of items assure the excellent quality. Our Gallery possesses a number of high-level exhibition rooms too, where guests and collectors can visit exclusive, thematic exhibitions for free. We consider that one of the tasks to be fulfilled by our Gallery is the issuing of various publications, including monographs that should have been published long ago. Hence, we participate in the elaboration of such publications and/or provide funding for them.
